Great two nights stay with excellent service by Ria upon check-in, welcome us with smiling face and professional service with a free upgrade of room. Kudos to Desy for assisting us with ferry tickets and extra miles for carrying our heavy boxes and luggages upon check-out! Will definitely return to Aston for the next visit! 😊

Was celebrating an anniversary and surprised by the free upgrade. Counter staff were all very friendly. Was served by Desy and she is very helpful. They will inform you via email when your room is ready for check-in which is very helpful. Breakfast variety is good too.

Bad experience with front desk staff upon arrival... Requested for connecting rooms and already email prior to arrival still there are none available at all plus getting desk staff Kris giving a sarcastic look!
Breakfast is as nightmare as the staff just let you go in and find your own seats.... It's like fighting for your own seats yourselves for breakfast! Wifi connection to TV bad, bath towels not clean as you can clearly see dark patches on white bath towels.
Finally, the only good thing about the hotel luckily is the location nearby had plenty of food, rooms clean and duty manager very nice to come up to our room and apologise for the bad attitude from front desk staff named Kris.

Room is clean although a bit small as the space infront of tv a bit uncomfortable to walk through. No pool as it is a 3star hotel. However hotel’s Breakfast was good with variety of food. Food aplenty around the hotel with many choices. Massage spa too, they are several there. Managed to visit the Jabal Arafah mosque. (Always wanted to visit this mosque but not accessible) rectionists are polite and helpful. .
A happy experience staying in this hotel!
