Baymont by Wyndham Lubbock - Downtown Civic Center

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in worldwide. Feces in the toilet, flies (50+-) in the room, no hot water, minimal water pressure, the television didn’t work, there was no lightbulbs in the light fixture over the sink, only thing holding the sink up was the drain, bed had been slept in and linens not changed, piles of dog poop all over the parking lot….shall I go on?

This place was horrible and unsafe. I tried to get a refund . Even trip hasn’t responded . Their on line pictures are LIES . Ended up paying to stay somewhere else. 2 rooms and we didn’t even get in . People waiting to check-in at the door , the office was locked at 6:30p . The restaurant was closed down. Stayed down the road !

Good location very dirty in and out ver scary and sketchy left after 5 minutes and drive back home all night you should take this motel out of your app And the city of Lubbock need to look at this location I didn’t have a time to take a picture run back home zero star.

This property deserves ZERO stars, but that’s not an option. The first room reeked of smoke, the second reeked of urine. The bathtubs and sinks were dirty, the hairdryer had black oil on the handle and didn’t work, there were exposed wires, literal dirt and pet hair all over the floor and furniture. Every front door to the rooms looked like multiple break-in attempts had occurred. Here’s the best part, the manager immediately accepted that the place was disgusting and told me he did not charge me and to follow-up with *******. He printed an invoice showing $0 balance. That invoice was a scam, even printed with a future date to make it look like I stayed longer than the 10 minutes it took me to determine the place was disgusting. ******* is saying the property did not refund me, and there is nothing they can do. This property is a complete scam. DO NOT pay for a room here!!!

Holes in wall and carpet. No baseboards looks under construction. Door wouldnt lock wires all over the place. Bad smell. Pictures dont match the actual look of property.

The room was filthy, holes in the walls, no top on toilet tank, no toilet paper or tissue, shelves pulled off the walls, bathroom very nasty. Floor filthy. I would not recommend this for anyone!!!!
