Holiday Inn Express & Suites LUBBOCK WEST by IHG

The bathroom was not clean. There were very clear dirt marks on the shower walls as well as many pieces of hair all over the bathroom. The carpets need to be shampooed because the halls smell horrible. The outside of the building needs a good power wash as there is bird waste everywhere near the main entrance. The breakfast choices were not good either

Giselle greeted is as we checked in. She was an absolute joy. Our room was spacious and clean. I even lost the T.V. remote and when I told them, they just gave me a replacement one. The breakfast offered many choices. We would definitely stay again.

Near the freeway but still quiet. Parking was tight. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

This is a very good hotel. The pool area was clean and well ventilated, which is rare for indoor pools. My only complaint about the stay was that it is adjacent to a busy roadway that had a lot of racers throughout the night as well as someone during burnouts, etc. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend somewhere else, because it was not a quiet spot.

Front desk attendant was amazing. I didn’t catch his name but his service was outstanding!!!

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The employee upon arrival was very friendly. I believe her name was Jazzelle. All the staff, the next morning, were equally friendly. Location was in the perfect area for my needs. Clean room.

Room was clean. Breakfast area clean and well organized with a member of the kitchen staff present and monitoring. Good breakfast options given a very reasonable room rate if booked in advance. Will be back.
