Awful! Dirty rooms, horrible breakfast, no cleaning. More info: 1. When we checked in, the sink stopper was completely stuck, so we couldn’t even wash our hands. We asked for assistance, and a staff member came to fix it. After about 10 min and several trips back and forth, I asked if we could simply move to another room because we were tired and just wanted to rest. He refused, so we had to wait while he dismantled and cleaned the drain. 2. A couple of hours later, I understood why the sink had been sealed so tightly—the room was filled with a terrible sewer smell coming from the drain. The odor was extremely unpleasant. 3. The room itself was not clean. The air conditioner remote was filthy, as were the light switches. The towels had stains, the walls were dirty, and the bedside tables and other surfaces were covered in dust, as if they hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. Even the curtains were dusty and unpleasant to touch. 4. Breakfast was disappointing. Instead of a buffet, you have to choose just one item from a limited menu. The portions were very small, and there wasn’t even complimentary bread. The pancake tasted like baking soda soaked in oil. 5. The hotel advertises a free Mekong River cruise for guests staying two nights. At first, the staff confirmed that we were eligible, but later they said the offer only applies to guests who booked through ***********. That felt very misleading. 6. There are chickens near the hotel that crow constantly, and the neighbors played loud music for most of the day, making it difficult to relax. 7. The location is not great. There are very few good places to eat nearby, so be prepared to walk quite a distance if you want decent food. 8. They have check out at 11:30, at 11:00 woman come to us and asked us to leave the room! 9. They don’t clean the rooms or change the towels! 10. The bed was extremely hard, and the pillows were unbearably firm. To end our stay, we booked another hotel just 300 meters away for the same price. It was much cleaner, better maintained, had a beautiful view, and offered a great breakfast. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Fantastic spot, only compliant was the cat that lives onsight would bother us during mealtimes.

The staff are very friendly and the location is close to Mount Phusi. The rooms are a bit dated, but they are kept very clean.

This was a lovely place to stay. The hotel owner very friendly and approachable and gave me plenty of advice on attractions in the town. I stayed three nights from 5th to 8th February. Good location - under ten minute walk to the night market for example.

Villa type 2 storey house. Transport mini van driver locate the place without question . Superb Vietnamese professional couple manage team of chef and housekeeping staff well . They conserve in good English and well equipped. Breakfast good. Advise stick to book online if extending .
