Since there are no Korean reviews, I'm writing one for the public good. I chose this place for its location and cleanliness. It's close to the back entrance of Mount Phousi and has big supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is great. It's about a 15-minute walk to the night market. The building is clean, probably because it's only about a year old. The breakfast, in particular, was excellent – you choose one of four menus, and it comes with toast, two eggs, a vegetable salad (!!! which I loved and was super fresh), and even fruit, making it a hearty meal. And the owner? Or the person at reception? Their English is fluent. The TV is a smart TV, and the bedding is good too. However, there are some downsides. The biggest one is that only cold water comes out of the sink, and a hot shower isn't really possible… it's more like lukewarm hot water. When I stayed, there was a big temperature difference between day and night, perfect for catching a cold, so I couldn't shower for fear of getting sick. It would probably be better to visit when it's warmer. I also felt the location was a bit cool temperature-wise, haha. Oh, and the stairs are quite steep, but most guesthouses in Laos are like this. Still, it was a good place!
