Sharing a ride from the high-speed train station, they'll know exactly how to get you to the hotel. You can spot the hotel as soon as you enter the alley. It's about a 7-8 minute walk from the foreigner street, and because it's not on the main road, it's very quiet at night. The front desk staff, Ms. Chang and Mr. Cuong, speak a little Chinese and are incredibly welcoming, always greeting you with a smile. They gave detailed answers to all my questions about the foreigner street, Wat Xieng Thong, Mount Phousi, and where to buy a SIM card. All the hotel staff were very polite. There's also alms giving right at the hotel's alley entrance, but for a more comprehensive view, we went to the starting point near Wat Xieng Thong at 5 AM. The breakfast was delicious and varied daily. The complimentary sunset cruise offered by the hotel was fantastic – two hours on the boat with the evening breeze and sunset was incredibly relaxing. We stayed for three nights and didn't get a single mosquito bite. The air conditioning and hot water were great, with strong water pressure. The room was tidy, the bedding clean, and it was cleaned daily. Ms. Chang even helped us arrange a shared ride to Kuang Si Falls, which is definitely worth a visit. This hotel exceeded my expectations; after looking at so many hotels before coming, I definitely made the right choice. It's great value for money, and I'll be recommending it to everyone I know.

The staff were really friendly, the room was clean, and the facilities were complete. The most pleasant surprise was the two pools in the courtyard; you could enjoy them right from your balcony, perfect for a hot afternoon.

The accommodation is clean, the service is good, and the view is beautiful. I'll definitely come back to stay again if I get the chance, and I'll invite my friends to visit there again too.

I didn't encounter any of the Southeast Asian critters I might have expected. **Service:** The owner is very nice; just reach out to them if you need anything. **Location:** It's located down an alley, so it might be a bit tricky to find if it's your first time. New and good-looking hotel with complete facilities. Breakfast is a buffet. The location is not far from tourist attractions, making travel convenient.

Overall, it's really great! Excellent value for money. The front desk staff, especially the young man, was exceptionally kind, approachable, and responsible. His service was very thoughtful and meticulous – truly wonderful!
