The room was great, and breakfast was plentiful. The owner was very kind; even though we had a language barrier, they patiently explained everything we needed to know for participating in the alms-giving ceremony the next day. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The staff kindly helped carry our luggage to the room. However, there were some hairs on the floor. On the bright side, the room was spacious and being by the pool was very relaxing. I'd recommend bringing your own toothbrush as the one provided wasn't great.

The Wi-Fi is available but not very fast. We were able to rent a scooter for 24 hours for about 200,000 Lao kip (around 1420 JPY). The breakfast buffet is also delicious.

Highly recommend this hotel in Luang Prabang! It's beautiful, clean, new, and the rooms are lovely. Plus, the swimming pool is spotless.

Pretty good overall. Most staff can communicate in Chinese. The pool is cleaned daily, whether or not people swim in it. Breakfast is decent, and it offers good value for money.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The food was delicious too. I highly recommend this hotel. There's also a sticky rice shop nearby.

I stayed here for 3 nights when I was in Luang Prabang in late September. I stayed in the first floor and requested a poolside room. The room is clean and big, the bed is comfortable. Just open the window and you can go to the public swimming pool. The location is good. 10-15 minutes walk to the night market, the central of Luang Prabang, or you can rent the e bike in Luang Prabang. Also the receptionists are helpful, they helped me to arrange the laundry service and 60,000LAK for 1.5kg clothes. The price is reasonable when I booked but I am not sure if I booked it during low season. I will book this hotel if I come to Luang Prabang again.
