Hotel looks nice but its deciving. Bed rock hard .. finishing in shower a bit terrible.. broken shampoo bottel holders in shower causing one to break and hotel trying to charge me for it.. pool over clorinated or just not mixed in right as found lumps of clorine in the pool and afterdark it was full of bugs. Breakfast was ok.. when asked some westen options were avalible

This is a nice hotel with modern facilities at a walkable distance from the city center. In addition, the hotel offers free on-demand shuttle service to main attractions in the city. The staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast was quite good.

New and very nice hotel, 5 min drive to the center. Hotel provides free limousine to drive you to and from center - very convinient. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds , large rooms. Great swimming pool and Gym. Very accommodating manager, tries to fulfil all your wishes. Nice breakfast till 10:30 and food is convenient also for Europeans. The only minus is that the SPA services are quite expensive - 120 USD for a massage, while in the town you can get a good massage for 20 USD, thus the difference seemed to me a bit off.

Very pleasant stay, clean, friendly stuff. Nice shuttle service. Good breakfast. Good swimming pool. The drink quality at the pool bar could improve. Sometimes it feels like the property cares to much about money. This is understandable but shouldn't let the client see. They wanted to charge us 5 usd quickly because we didn't give the room card back. Fortunately we found it. Overall, very pleasant experience. The only inconvenience occured on the last day where there were some children screaming at the pool at 7am and we couldn't sleep. This is not pleasantl at all. Thank you for the nice stay, and hope to see you again!

The room was very spacious, clean, and tidy, with a large balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel offers a buggy service to and from the city, which only takes a few minutes. They can pick you up and drop you off wherever you need within the city. The front desk manager and other staff members were also very helpful. Upon check-in, the bellhop clearly explained what amenities were chargeable. I was very satisfied and extended my stay for another night.

The cost of pure drinking water in the room is 4 USD per bottle, which is just ordinary mineral water. There is no price list in the room to inform the tourists. They just want to cheat tourists. The mineral water in other hotels is free. This hotel is crazy about money.
