My recent stay was deeply disappointing, primarily due to significant issues with cleanliness and service.
Key Issues:
· Poor Cleanliness: The room was very dusty, which adversely affected my health. I also observed cobwebs, slimy shower edges, and a practice of rearranging rather than washing glasses.
· Ineffective Housekeeping: Despite pointing out specific areas that needed cleaning, the housekeeping staff did not address them properly, suggesting a lack of training.
· Unprofessional Staff: Reception staff were often disengaged, using their phones for games. Service requests, including for my early departure, were met with no response.
· Inadequate Breakfast Service: Empty dishes were not refilled unless a guest pointed it out. I also noted an inconsistency in service, where a hot beverage option was offered to other guests but not to me until I requested it.
· Although I left two nights early, the hotel did not process my early departure and appears to have charged me for the full stay.
Due to the unclean environment, I felt compelled to cut my stay short by two nights to aid my recovery. The overall experience fell far below expectations, compounded by the lack of resolution from staff.
