I stayed overnight at this property on a business trip. When I arrived at the hotel, I had inadvertently made reservations for another day online. The front desk staff were wonderful helping me sort out my situation as the hotel was almost sold out. My room was on the 1st floor and was very nice. All the furniture and furnishings appeared to be new or very well maintained by the housekeeping staff. Nothing better than staying in a clean hotel, and this one was spotless. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would 100% stay here again on my next trip. The convenience of the hotel to downtown Fayetteville and Trilith Studios makes it a perfect place to stay. Uber ride to the Atlanta Airport is about 30 mins.

I am very thankful this location exists. It is a joy to stay at Best Western Plus hotels because the service, rooms and amenities are often superior to other Best Western hotels. I was surprised how quiet was my stay was and the rooms and beds were clean. And the food was very good for full breakfast hotels. I will definitely come again.

My husband and I are state to state travelers. It was getting late and are ELD was running out of time. So we booked this room and it was nasty. Floors have not been mopped or sweeped the coffee maker in the room was just plan out nasty. The bath room toilet had mold inside the bowel. The TV was nasty dirty. But anyways beside the point the gentleman that checked us that night was very sweet and just full of smiles. The breakfast was really good. The housekeepers really need to step up there game on the Rooms. Get some training or something. Would we ever stay here again hopefully not. It all depends on are eld where we stop. Lol. But a Thank you to the gentleman that checked us in keep that smile and friendliness.
