Everything was awesome! From check in until check out I enjoyed every moment. The room was nice and clean, the staff was so nice and the complimentary breakfast was the best!

We experienced one major problem. We arrived late and had nothing to eat. We found some microwave dinners that could have solved the problem. Our biggest complaint was that there was no microwave oven in either of the two rooms we reserved, and we had to microwave the dinners in the lobby. One of the dinners took 5 minutes and then we had to carry it up to the fourth floor. Then we had another dinner and we had to return to the lobby for it and the last dinner. The packaging came loose and spilled hot fluid on my hand, shirt, and jeans on my way back to the fourth floor. Other than that, we could have rated it another star higher.

Room was outdated. Lights not working, no circulation in bathroom, mold in bathroom, dead cockroaches in light and on floor.

I will start by saying that the staff were very professional kind and attentive, but other than that I was very very disappointed. The room was clean but many broken and missing items/pieces. No clock like you would normally have in a room which no big deal we could use our phone but only thing about that is there were no outlets beside the bed. Only accessible outlets were across the room so checking time when needing to charge your phone or waking in the morning meant getting out of bed walking across the room and checking. The heater/ac unit was awfully noisy and didn’t push out cold air. My husband, going through chemo, gets extremely hot and needs cooler temps, especially at night, to get proper sleep. Then the noise was insane. I understand that they are on a busy ***** but I have stayed in hotels in Chicago and New York that were on busier roads that had less road noise than this location.

The two day stay at the Hampton Inn was exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Big Parking lot if you bring your car. The Room was a comfortable size. Bathroom was fine too. Maybe in the future the hotel could update cause the hallway & room were a bit dated but outside of that stay was great. Also the complimentary breakfast was very well done. The area outside of hotel could seem run down but I had no trouble walking around . Always play it safe and walk in a group though. Thank you Hampton Inn.

Hotel location is good and easy parking. The desk staff was friendly but seemed a little unprofessional(spoke fast and mumbled) and couldn’t resolve my problem. I asked for housekeeping and never got it. Girl at desk said ‘that’s been happening a lot lately’ and said I just contact the manager. Just more work for me. She couldn’t give me the 1000 points either for not having my room cleaned. Disappointed with staff.
