I have have stayed at this premier inn multiple times the past two months and each time has been a very pleasant experience. The rooms are clean, tidy and the beds are comfy. I often check in late in the evening and kal at reception has consistently been great, very helpful and friendly. Exactly what you want after a long drive.

I only booked the day before and also needed a late check-in, which can often be difficult at other places. However, when I called, I spoke to the lovely Kul, who immediately reassured me that it would not be a problem at all. She was incredibly accommodating and made the whole process so easy. When we arrived, she was very welcoming and made us feel completely at ease, despite arriving late. She was more than happy to provide wine glasses, extra towels, and anything else we needed to feel comfortable. I work in customer service myself, so I truly appreciate how rare it is to meet someone who is genuinely passionate about caring for their guests. I really hope she is recognised for her wonderful service! Thank you Kul! :)

Stayed here on 3rd May, family of 4, 2 young children. Went to bed early after a day of travelling and were woken up around 9.45pm by the room above, sounded like children jumping off the bed, people walking/running around, dragging and dropping things on the floor, bathroom noises. Eventually it stopped around 10.30pm. It then started again at 3am and continued till 3.45am. My husband and I were awake during this time, and for some time after. Fortunately, despite one child being unsettled, the other one somehow slept through it. First thing in the morning, my husband went to tell reception and ask about the Good Night Guarantee, he was directed to fill in a form, which we did. We have now been told that Premier Inn will not do anything about this as we didn't tell reception at the time. They have failed to acknowledge how we were meant to do this when their terms and conditions don't state this must be done immediately, and also how this is possible without waking everyone up in the room, and then further disturbing our neighbours! Even had we had known this (it doesn't say anywhere), it was not feasible for one of us to get dressed and go down to reception (in another building) at 3am without waking both our children and losing more sleep?! Clearly Premier Inn are doing everything they can to not honour their "Guarantee". If they actually cared and wanted to do this properly, at check in, it should clearly be stated how to contact Reception 24 hours without the need to leave your room, eg maybe through a WhatsApp service, but obviously they don't want to do this! Very poor customer service, clearly just being fobbed off. For future reference, if you're ever woken up, go down to reception and tell them and then shout down the corridor and tell everyone else you've just woken up, that they all need to go down at the same time! Maybe you'll get somewhere then!

I have stayed here every week for the last two months for work and in all honesty I was dreading it…….. how wrong I was!!! Yes they have building work happening…… yes the parking is pretty awful (hence the 4/5 rating) but the staff……. They make the place!!! I was greeted by Kul who is simply a force of nature!!! Bubbly, happy, welcoming. For a night concierge who are generally miserable night dwellers she is a polar opposite!! Outstanding customer service….. and that smile!!!! Moving on to the adjacent restaurant…… its tired decoratively but the food is ok and again the staff are attentive and friendly from the two rather unique ladies on breakfast through to the bar staff I can’t fault them. Gutted to hear they may lose their roles when the restaurant gets taken over…… they deserve better. To summarise…… comfortable, welcoming and friendly……. Firmly one of my favourites now

Rakesh and Alfy provided excellent service during our stay at Premier Inn. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. Their positive attitude and attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable. Thanks to their great hospitality, our stay felt welcoming and comfortable.

Today room 128 is not so great as I have been using this company very often lately , the hinges in the bathroom are rusted and the door are stiff to close, the shower control from hot to cold are so hard to adjust, it feels I will break it. There are no main plugs by the bed and no usb by the bed or anywhere to charge your phone if you dit not bring your adapter with you. The room is clean and tidy as all other room I have stay, staff are always polite and helpful. Would I still recommend Yes.
