Staying near West Hollywood, I received a $10 breakfast voucher upon check-in, which could be used towards my order. However, due to jet lag, I didn't get a chance to use it for breakfast. Before leaving, I asked the hotel staff to exchange the voucher for two lattes to go. The hotel was also very quiet, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering street views 🏙️. Downstairs, I even noticed the relaxed vibe of Californians on the street. If you find the hotel parking expensive, there are plenty of other parking lots nearby. It's worth looking around before you check in; you don't necessarily have to park your car at the hotel.

This was a very good hostel. They kindly held onto my luggage until midnight, even after I checked out. The location is fantastic, right on Hollywood Boulevard, with the subway and bus stops very close by. I really appreciated the price given such a prime location. The facilities were clean, and I had a comfortable stay. Shampoo and body soap are provided, and hairdryers are available. Towels are free and can be exchanged as many times as you like at the front desk. Breakfast is simple, mainly bagels, but coffee and tea are also available. There's also a kitchen, so it's recommended for those who want to cook for themselves. Since it's on a main street, there's a bit of noise even late at night, but considering the location, I think it's acceptable. Also, the air conditioning in the room wasn't working, so it might get quite hot in the summer. Aside from the heat in the room, overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

Lets start with the good: Hotel was nice and the staff were especially helpful-they assisted us in locating bag that was mistakenly grabbed by an exiting guest and facilitating it's prompt return. This is an excellent example of above-and-beyond service from the concierge, front desk staff and security. Additionally, the Hollywood sign was visible form the room, which is a nice touch. Not everything was amazing: All the business conference rooms were apparently unusable for the entire stay due to the Oscars, and there was security preventing anyone from entering the meeting rooms- which were supposed to be available for use. Additionally, the hotel charged an additional $170 on my card after I left, claiming it was for perks that during check-in, were listed as complimentary. Since I was on a business trip, I would have returned the perks if I knew they will charge for them after leaving the hotel.

It was really convenient to be able to leave my luggage and relax in the first-floor lounge from the morning of check-in. Room code keys were automatically issued at the appointed time, allowing for easy access. I was worried because there wasn't any desk staff, but the 24-hour front desk responded within minutes, making my stay hassle-free. The location was great, close to Hollywood Boulevard and within a $20 Uber ride to Universal Studios! The facilities were clean, and if I ever visit LA again, I'd definitely book here again.

This was my first time in Los Angeles, and I chose the Hilton. Claudia at the front desk provided incredibly thoughtful and welcoming service, which was a huge comfort to us since we don't speak the language and were completely new to everything. The room was well-equipped and cleaned meticulously every day. We stayed for a total of six days, and Bill, another staff member at the front desk, was also very attentive and always happy to help, leaving us with a great impression. Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient for getting anywhere. Highly recommend!

The staff are nice and friendly. We got a corner room. The room is super spacious and comes with air conditioning, a heater, hot water for the shower, and a fridge. A microwave and an ice cube machine are available at the concierge level .Very nice backyard to enjoy your breakfast, there is cafe and bar at the next door. The room is old, and the floor is covered by thick carpet but makes squeaky sound when you walk. But no complaint since all basic needs covered. Paramount studio is within walking distance about 10mins walk. A LADOT bus stop just infront of the building. Location is convenient. Gas station is just opposite. Carpark is available with extra charge USD18/night. Room costs S$852 for 6 nights. Not sure if it’s cheap or expensive.

I think the location is pretty good, very close to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, only 2-3 minutes' walk away, which is a good distance, suitable for people who want to see the Hollywood Walk of Fame and want a cheap place to stay. It is highly recommended. The boss is also very kind and considerate. If you need any equipment or tools, just tell the boss and he will help you. I am traveling to Universal Studios, which is a long way away. In summary, if you want to save money and find a cheap place, it is worth recommending. 👍

Had a really great stay at the Hollywood Hotel, it super relaxing with a nice central courtyard and pool area. It was very good value for money and the location was perfect for proximity to both east LA and Hollywood. Also a big shout out to Michael on reception who was so friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Very classic, elegant and beautiful place, the accommodations are on the small side for the US. The location is excellent and the historical significance will be more attractive than the newness of the facilities. It is undeniable that it is an old hotel, but the service is excellent. The number of sockets and facilities in the room have kept up with the needs of modern travelers. At the same time, it also retains decorations that show signs of time, and it feels very classic. For parking, it is recommended to park in the public parking lot next door. The price is 30 US dollars for 24 hours, but if you park in the hotel, it costs 75 US dollars for one night.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Hollywood Walk of Fame was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. On the downside, we were disappointed that there was no free drinking water provided. Something so essential, especially for travelers, yet inconveniently missing. This was made even more frustrating by the mandatory destination fee, which felt completely unjustified given the lack of basic amenities. The room was spacious, which we appreciated, but it lacked a microwave, making it less practical for longer stays. The breakfast selection, while edible, was exactly the same every day, which quickly became repetitive and didn’t feel worth the price by paying breakfast daily. On the positive side, the hospitality from Marieta and Veronica during breakfast truly stood out. They were consistently warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome each morning, which added a personal touch to our stay. Their friendly service was a bright spot that we will remember. Overall, while the location is great and the staff like Marieta and Veronica deserve praise, the lack of basic amenities, repetitive food, and unjustified destination fee make it hard to recommend for the price.
