Great location and close to the metro station which was very convenient, we would definitely stay again

Hotel is close to little tokyo, grand central, the broad. Plenty of restaurants around. City hall and other government buildings are nearby. Room is clean. Free chocolate chip cookies, which are one of the yummiest. Toiletries are provided. But we were only given 2 bottled water for our 5 night stay. They don’t have electric kettle and for us who need to drink warm water every morning is a big inconvenience. Luckily we booked a bigger room and it has microwave oven. It’s an old hotel so the room and the bathroom need some renovation but the cleaning lady did her best to make the room clean and tidy.

The hotel room is cozy. The bed is a little bit small. I provided 4 names when I booked the hotel but trip.com only gave the hotel 1 name which cause inconvenience when checking in.

I recently stayed at a Sonder property and overall had a fair experience. The location is decent but not very close to Union Station, which may be inconvenient depending on your travel plans. Street hygiene and security in the surrounding area left a bit to be desired, though it's a plus that the building itself has 24-hour front desk support and security. Check-in required an online deposit which took around 30 minutes—worth noting they don’t accept cards directly, which was a bit cumbersome. The room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I appreciated having YouTube available on the TV and the option to self-refill amenities from the lobby—a thoughtful touch. One downside: there was a noticeable ******** smell when I first entered the room. Fortunately, it didn’t linger. Overall, the stay had a few hiccups but also offered comfort and convenience once settled

There was no early check-in and we only managed to check-in at 3pm though we came 2hrs earlier due to our flight. Hotel rooms and toilet was very clean and spacious. There was an issue with our shower but room service took 20mins to come so that caused a little inconvenience on us. The hotel is in downtown LA too and it’s a walking distance to the Metro and the Grand Central Market but it can get pretty unsafe in the night as there are a lot of homeless people and weird/crazy people on the streets and near the metro.

The hotel room is very good, the service is very warm (I often go downstairs to smoke, and every time the waiter opens the door for me, I feel a little embarrassed), the location of the hotel is very convenient, it is very close to the ”Angel Railway”, it is also convenient to eat, and there is a night market not far away. The key is that the hotel is in the city center, the surrounding area is very safe and quiet, and there are no messy people hanging around.

Very suitable for multi-day long stay itineraries. I also read a lot of reviews before booking, and the opinions of previous people were all very solid. The location is in the city center and life is very convenient. There will be homeless people on the street, but it’s nothing in broad daylight. We often hear police sirens. In fact, it is normal in urban areas in the United States. They will be dispatched if anything happens, as if it is a big deal. I am quite satisfied that the room is large enough, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the nearby grocery shopping, subway, and shopping mall May's are only 5 or 6 minutes' walk away. The price is also reasonable, which is great!

Good location, complete facilities in the room, basketball court, swimming pool, outdoor restaurant in the building. The only problem is that the shower head is broken and cannot be adjusted in height.

The service at the hotel was impeccable. The rooms are very clean and the location is ideal. It is not too far from Hollywood but it’s in downtown. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.
