Travelling has always taken a toll on my health especially when age catches up; however beautiful God sent staffs like Jesus, Miguel and Denise from Front Desk literally took their 5 Stars Services from the heart to a whole new different level; when they saved me from my heart condition. I was struggling, they sensed it and helped salvage the otherwise disastrous situation.  Their impeccable professional services could at any day, any time, stand toe to toe with any top International Five Stars Hoteliers!  Both the Japanese and Thai Hospitality Industry have a lot to learn indeed, about modesty and professionalism from these wonderful Marriott courtyard hoteliers mentioned! Please accord them my deepest appreciation with some form of accolades. Thank you.

We recently stayed at this hotel near Intuit Dome, and it was incredibly convenient for our concert night. The venue was within walking distance, and there were convenient stores right across the street for snacks and water, which was a nice bonus. The room seemed newly updated, with everything looking fresh and clean. Although the room could use more hangers for towels and clothes, for the price we paid, it was excellent value for a one-night stay. If you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly place close to the Dome, this hotel is a great option!

First off, the room facilities are excellent. Right by the entrance, there's a fridge, a coffee maker, and a microwave, so heating up food or freezing things isn't an issue at all. There's also a TV in the room; we didn't watch it, but it seemed like it was working if we wanted to. The hotel's Wi-Fi speed in the room is actually quite fast, which we really liked. Of course, you could also use your own domestic roaming, but that usually has daily high-speed data limits. The room's cleanliness was pretty good. If you told the hotel before 11:00 AM that you wanted your room cleaned, they'd usually come around 2-3 PM. So, after a day out, coming back to a clean and tidy room was really pleasant. Regarding the surroundings, even though it's close to the airport, it didn't really affect our sleep at night. There was some noise, but it was tolerable, and we generally sleep quite well, so we weren't bothered to the point of not being able to sleep. Of course, if you're particularly sensitive to noise, I wouldn't recommend staying here because you can definitely hear things like connecting car noise and the sounds of planes taking off and landing. Overall, the service was good. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, whether they were greeting us or anything else. There are also some shops nearby, and a bit further out, there are supermarkets. If you don't have a rental car, a taxi ride to a large supermarket is about 10 yuan, where you'll find plenty of Chinese restaurants, fast food, many Mexican restaurants, Thai restaurants, McDonald's, and other burger joints. Eating out here is no problem. You can take a taxi, rent a car, or use the nearby bus stop and subway station to get to regular attractions; there's no issue there. And for the price, this is considered a very affordable hotel in the U.S. I recommend it to everyone. The subway station is in the pictures.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Hertz car rental, and offers a free shuttle to the airport. The shuttle seems to be a Marriott one, and is a bit slow. The room was clean and tidy, and of a medium size. The executive lounge is on the 11th floor, providing a complimentary simple breakfast and drinks, along with views of the airport and planes taking off and landing. The price is also reasonable. I recommend the executive floor. This hotel is perfect for those with a layover or who are departing from the airport the next day.

This is our second time staying at this Holiday Inn. Before checking in, due to our travel plans, we needed to store our luggage at the hotel for several days. We had inquired with nearby hotels but didn't get clear information. Today, with the help of Kevin at the front desk, we paid $100 to store three pieces of luggage for five days. This might be due to different policies, as we're used to the service in our home country. Nevertheless, we're very grateful for his help in checking and ultimately agreeing to store our luggage. The breakfast, as always, is excellent. We'll be staying at the Holiday Inn again when we return to Los Angeles in a couple of days.

房間尚可，比較大，床很軟，就是機場旁邊，總有飛機起降聲音。 自選早餐簡單，選擇不多。 服務還是很周到的，有問必答。接機服務還可以，司機也挺熱情的。酒店在啟程前專門發郵件告知了具體接機的地點和車輛標誌以免走錯。 周邊環境都是機場附近的酒店，有個24小時的賣酒的便利店。第二天Uber來回去了曼哈頓購物村，來回單程17-20美元左右，行李可以寄存前台。

I was very satisfied with my stay here! The hotel facilities are excellent, and the room's amenities are new and easy to use, with great attention to detail. I felt very comfortable regarding cleanliness; the room was spotless and free of any odd smells. The overall environment was very quiet and comfortable, and the decor was stylish, making for a very relaxing stay. Plus, there's a shuttle bus to the airport.

The price is OK!

I picked this location not only for price but their page said they had shuttle service too LAX. I can’t find it now that I look. When I got to the front desk and asked about it, I was told they don’t offer the service. I had to book a cab the next day. Super easy but I didn’t want to spend the extra on a taxi.  The room was mostly clean. The hotel is t super new so it was expected.  I wouldn’t consider staying again as I only needed it for 1 night for sleep then the airport. But because they don’t have shuttle service, I won’t be staying here. Might work for others but not for me

not bad! Although it was close to the airport, it was not too noisy and I didn't see any reeds. A free car will take you to the airport in the morning. The room is a bit shabby, and the light switch is a bit like a Chinese hospital in the 1970s and 1980s, but it is also convenient to the airport.
