The Rumi Hostel

I stayed for three nights, and because the beds were dirty, I got bitten by bed bugs. I discovered they didn't change or wash the bedding. The bedding was very filthy. If you can't tolerate this situation, please don't live here. It is cheap, indeed the cheapest option.

I had another great stay at Rumi Hostel and I’m really happy I chose to stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the overall service was excellent. I actually kept extending my stay because I felt comfortable here and the staff always made everything easy. A special shout-out again to Elise. She is incredibly kind, patient, friendly, and always willing to help. She made my stay feel much more personal and welcoming, and she is honestly one of the nicest people I met during my time in Los Angeles. The combination of clean rooms, good breakfast, great service, and such a welcoming atmosphere made Rumi Hostel a place I was happy to keep coming back to. Thank you to the whole team, and especially to Elise, for making my stay in LA even better. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

amazing place to stay, especially for solo travelers! one of the most affordable hostels in los angeles, with a great location near downtown and other tourist spots. i also love the korean vibe around the area. it’s literally heaven for korean foodies! 🇰🇷❤️

Located by Koreatown, it’s pretty easy to access. However, it was hard contacting the worker to enter the hostel for check-in, as you need a passcode, and another hostel guest had to help open the door for me because the tenant didn’t respond. It does the job if you just need a cheaper place to stay.

It is a nice place for girls. Feel safe and homey. Breakfast is plain but ready. People are nice
