We’ve stayed here 3 times while visiting our son who lives close by. The staff is fantastic. The location is perfect for traveling into LA and local restaurants are excellent. The accommodations are perfect for your stay not fancy but more than adequate! Breakfast is included and parking is available for a nominal charge. If you need a clean and reasonably priced room this is a good choice.

Window didn't close.
Toilet didn't flush we had to fix it.
Very loud neighbors talking loudly in the middle of the night and throwing the doors.
We had someone knocking at our door around 3 times during the night as well which made us feel unsafe.

The Sojourn Los Angeles Sherman Oaks had very friendly and professional staff. They were very helpful and kind. The room was adequate though the bathroom did not have very much counter space to put things down for brushing your teeth or shaving. It was also very fortuitous to have bumped into a celebrity that I will not mention for privacy reasons.

The overall experience is good. Room is spacious but it will be better if there’s an extra table or chair available or even some hangers for hanging jackets or clothes.
The breakfast has good options & they’re all individually packaged. Suggestion is to use paper plates, not the styrofoam plates as they’re more heat resistant. For example: If putting toasts from the toaster will burn/leave marked on the styrofoam plate. Also, not feel safe if putting the styrofoam plate in the microwave to heat up burritos, etc.

It was alright, disappointed they don’t have real breakfast. It’s like a grab and go. The room was good, didn’t have a problem with it.
