Beverly Hills Marriott

The Wi-Fi was unreliable; I constantly had to log back in. The location is excellent with nice surrounding views. The facilities are a bit old. Parking is quite expensive, so if you're driving or renting a car, keep that in mind. Everything else was pretty good.

Excellent location, just a 10-minute walk to Beverly Boulevard. The hotel lobby's convenience store has a good variety of items, including fresh fruit. It's a quiet oasis in a bustling area.

This hotel meets star-rated standards. The front desk service was excellent, and the surrounding area is superb, right in Beverly Hills. The only downside was the rather expensive hotel parking fee.

Don't bother booking here. I reserved a king bed, but the front desk gave me a twin room without saying a word during check-in. I only found out after I got to the room. When I asked, they said they just swapped it because they were fully booked. Plus, the room seemed deliberately bad – the window wouldn't close, and there was a loud exhaust fan right below it, humming all night. The front desk staff's silent attitude felt discriminatory towards Chinese guests.

About a 20-minute walk to Rodeo Drive. Google Maps made it easy to get there. The hotel's environment and service were good, and the location was excellent. Overall, it offered good value for money.

This hotel is conveniently located on S. Beverly Dr, just a 10-15 minute walk to Rodeo Dr (perfect for luxury brand shopping) and Beverly Hill Park. As a Marriott Gold member, I received a warm welcome and was upgraded to a top-floor executive king room with fantastic views. My checkout was also extended to 2 PM. I also enjoyed complimentary WiFi and a rich buffet breakfast. I really liked it and would recommend it. Facilities: A bit dated Cleanliness: Great Environment: Super good Service: Good

Hotel breakfasts in the US are usually quite basic, so I generally don't recommend booking with breakfast included. This hotel, however, was even more bizarre: guests who had breakfast included were still charged an extra $10 per person as a 'table fee.' On top of that, the bathroom was tiny!

The hotel's location isn't very convenient and the service was quite poor. The staff seemed undertrained and lacked consistent standards. When I checked in, I wasn't informed that drinking water wasn't provided and had to be purchased. Later, during room service, items like water cups and bath mats weren't replenished. I had to specifically ask a staff member to get them.
