There was hair all over the floor when we checked in. The bed/mattress was very noisy and uncomfortable. We found parking to be okay as long as we came back to the hotel before 8pm, after that it would be full. Friendly staff. Location is good.

極其糟糕惡劣的前台。入住的時候要求進行“credit card garuntee”。我問前台這個詞是什麼意思，是不是説我要將信用卡扣押在櫃枱裏直到離店的那天才能拿走，還是説前台要登記我的信用卡訊息。前台非常粗魯，拒絕解釋，反覆詢問過後前台説是前者（投訴後得知這是要複印信用卡正面，其實是後者）。我要求改換付款200美金現金按金，並詢問是否會有人和我一起進入房間確認物品是否齊全完好。前台説我不可理喻，還説在北美和歐洲住酒店都是這樣的，威脅不給我房間鑰匙。最後我低聲下氣地對前台道歉，説了很多好話才在晚上有地方住。
非常感謝攜程對我投訴流程提供的幫助，連夜聯繫旅館所屬的公司。雖然最後那個前台沒有親自過來道歉，但是另一個輪班的前台代替他道歉了（雖然道歉的很沒有誠意）。

America's best wasent all that!
It was ok, it was an older place, but it was clean. Beds were a little hard for me. No coffee pot or continental breakfast. Nothing great about it. Stairs were straight up! I wouldnt stay therd again.
