Breakfast is good but hotel is Abit aging and rundown. Because I am for biz and the price and location i still able to accept

The hotel management sucks The receptionist was not at all helpful very rude . The house keeping never made my room. Glasses which were used were not replaced. The service is really bad

It was so nice to stay this hotel. Everybody here was kind to me. The breakfast was delicious.

Location was nice but lot of ******* around on the other hand it has beautiful Japanese garden

I have booked and stayed in Doubletree by Hilton Los Angeles Downtown for 3 night. it's great location. near Union train station and subway. The little Tokyo is just around the corner. also 7/11 store just opposite road. The staff is very helpful. I definitely will come back again.

I booked Hilton hotel for the weekend and staff was friendly and welcoming. The complementary chocolate chip cookies were delicious!

Can see the hotel has a bit long history, though still clean enough, no bed bugs, I am in 1004. Location close to little Tokyo, for Asian like me it’s very cozy and convenient. Price during trade show in convention center is around 200USD per night without breakfast. I am alone and I got a big room with two queen beds. Every day after work I feel warm and peaceful staying here.

Near Japantown, great place, and metro is about 5 minute walk away

Great location but poor amenities. The room was upgraded due to a service failure before my Vegas trip due to out of order heather issue, yet again the room given with a heater out of order again. Poor sound proof walls and windows. It is adjacent to a police station and there were fire trucks alarm or police alarm every night for a few times and woke me up in the middle of every night. Not recommended if you have other choices in mind.

Was here 2 nights for a wedding. Room was clean bed was comfy and food was real good.

The hotel is located near Little Tokyo, a bit unsafe but very central area.

Very well located. The staff was attentive. The entry hall is great to invite guests or get a drink or two at the bar. I am not a fan of carpets at hotels. They seemed old. The bathroom's layout of the room I was given was weird.

Location is in a center of town. However , there’s homeless in front of the hotel yelling and punching at a car. I’m too scared to walk into the hotel. Amenities are too bad, I stayed with my boyfriend for 4 nights but they give us only 2 small bottles of fresh water for the whole 4 days. No refills, no any food in the fridge. Just only coffee machine with 2 paper glass. I cannot use any glass to pour my tea and other drinks. Small shampoo and conditioners and saop which is not enough for my long hair 😂. No menu list in a room when i want to order some food from room service. I dont even know how to cal them. No instruction for anything but a price list fro each stuffs jn a room. I cant believe this is a Hilton branch.
