Its okay nothing fancy just average and decent place to stay They ask for 200$ for deposit when we check out theirs so many tax to pay like 118$ 😆😆😆 At least you are safe when you stay there and not in some random hotels

In a very good location in DTLA and loved the vibe in the lobby as well as the guest rooms. Would've been better when the staffs cuold be more professional in explaining everything when checking in. Also, the check-in time is not flexible nor early.

Great place to stay in with good breakfast selection. With the membership you also enjoy free lounge.

Nice location with clean room and multiple amenities around the hotel.

Room was not cleaned properly. The carpet hasn’t been vacuumed in months and it was quite dirty. However when complained to the hotel, they took responsibility and cleaned it right away.

Good location,no slippers, Los Angeles Grand Sheraton Hotel is excellent! The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located at good spot, close to the metro. The elevator is always busy but staffs are helpful
