The room was great and comfortable. However, bottled water was limited to only two bottles per room, even though the room was for four guests. We experienced a security issue when someone unexpectedly entered our room at around 10:30 pm. Fortunately, I was still awake. This happened on our last night, and we informed the manager, but it did raise concerns about hotel security. Guests should also be prepared for the taxes, which can be quite high (approximately USD 170–200). On the positive side, the location is excellent, very close to the metro and very convenient. The complimentary chocolate drinks on Christmas Eve were a nice touch.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Lakers' home stadium, the Crypto.com Arena. Just be aware when you go out at night; there are still homeless people a few blocks away, so stay vigilant after dark.

Loved the stay here in DTLA. Facilities were fantastic. Staff were friendly and walking distances to wherever we wanted to go. Metro is right below the hotel. Highly enjoyed our time here

The location is fantastic! There's a subway station right downstairs, which is a transfer hub for four different lines, basically covering all directions in Los Angeles. Plus, there's a great restaurant downstairs with a good selection of Western food and amazing cocktails 🍸.

The location is very good, located just above Metro Station. The hotel gave us a simple breakfast due to payment of the resort fee which is a plus. The room is pretty good and the staff are very courteous.
