Everything mentioned in the listing is true. The location is excellent. Close to Hollywood blvd and places to eat. Check-in was a breeze and very easy. The communication with the host was always prompt, very helpful and addressed little issues in a timely manner. The beds are confortable and the kitchen was big. The rooftop terrace was a bonus! My family will definitely be back!

A great unit for a family. Our favorite parts were the balcony, secure parking garage, and location. The building felt safe and the street/area was clean.

So many rules but I totally understood when I actually arrived. This is Hollywood. Money well spent. Clean and peaceful. Walking distance to major attractions. Private parking. Great location. No staff on property which wasn’t a big deal for me.

I appreciated the clear communication from management. This apartment was very spacious and in a convenient location. Parking underground was safe and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Big TV was fantastic. Kitchen had just enough of what you need to cook on your own; I think this is a relatively new apartment so it feels a little bare bones. The building itself is quiet...never heard neighbors. But be prepared for city noise (mainly cars) throughout the night.

We had a great stay. The place was very well kept, clean and comfy. It was a short walk to many sites. The rooftop patio was a definite added bonus. We didn’t use the parking but the instructions were very clear on how to if you needed. It would’ve been nice to have some added amenities like dish soap and dish cloths but other than that, it really had everything we needed. The neighbourhood felt safe and it was quite clean compared to other areas we walked through. The host are very quick at returning messages isn’t answering questions we had. They were very accommodating and we would gladly stay here again in the future.

10/10 experience. I have stayed with them 3 years in a row now, and each time was exceptional. From a smooth, efficient check-in to consistently attentive service, the experience felt well managed and professional throughout. The room was immaculate, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, with exceptionally comfortable bedding and high-quality amenities that made it easy to relax. Sam is always a pleasure to deal with. What stands out most is the hotel’s consistency—cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail were delivered at a high standard across every interaction. I would return without hesitation and recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

I have absolutely no complaints about this place. There are very few issues and anything small is dealt with immediately. Very professional. Sam has been extremely helpful.

Communication the day of check in wasn’t so good. I had to to text them myself to receive the correct address. Once I arrived they assigned me the wrong unit, which wasn’t ready. Having to change out keys and move to another unit was a hassle. Other than that the hallways smelled.

It was a very pleasant stay. the apartment is very clean and nice and close to everything. Customer service is great Sam was very accommodating with our request of early check in and late checkout. Will definitely stay again
