Hotels with Airport pickup service in Los Altos

This was my second time staying at this hotel for business. My first experience was just ok. But this second time was horrible from start to finish. First off... its old. Just doesnt feel clean and honestly doesn't look it either. Front desk put me on the 1st floor next to the door going to the streets... I wouldve stayed but the tv didnt work!! I went to the front desk to get another room... preferably not on the 1st floor... I was denied. The second room was just as old and dirty looking with stains on the sofa and ottoman. I tried to take a shower but the hot/cold lever broke off. Crazy. Then I tried to store my food in he mini-fridge... But theres a button that you press that only allows the power to be on for 2 hours!?!?!? How cheap do you have to be to install that??? Side note... the room rate was $150. They held $400 on my credit card!! Im a Gold Bonvoy member and return customer.... so ***? On the same business trip I stayed at other (Better) Marriott properties that only held $180... maybe $200. That credit card hold and putting me on the garbage 1st floor felt Racial!! But ofcourse there is no proof!! Just terrible customer service!! Ill never stay at another Courtyard. Period. But Dont say I didnt warn you about the palo alto/los altos location. Ive stayed at Motel 6's that were cleaner and more comfortable!! And theyre Racists!!

I must’ve been the lucky hotel guest to get the jet engine in the bedroom closet because I am surprised to see no other reviews about it. I came to Residence Inn thinking that it would be a Marriott quality experience. I stayed with my daughters for four days and should have checked out after the first night. We tried to keep the room at 70°. The air-conditioning unit/furnace was locked behind a door in the bedroom. Whenever it would turn on it would rattle the entire door and literally sound like a jet airplane about to take off. It woke me up EVERY TIME it turned on throughout the night and it was so incredibly loud. We tried turning it off for the night, but immediately the temperature of the room would jump up to 76°, so we dealt with it. Again, we should have left. BEWARE OF ROOM 137! My daughters tried sleeping in the hide a bed. When we pulled it out there was no bedding, and no bedding to be found in any of the closets. We called the front desk and a man delivered the bedding without saying a word. No smile, no words. The hide a bed was so incredibly uncomfortable that my daughters just ended up sleeping on the couch instead. We have slept on Marriott hide a beds before, but nothing so terrible. After our first full day being out in the city, we decided to come home and get in the hot tub. We opened up the towel bin to find only a few towels and some garbage. I also noticed that there was hardly any pool furniture. Maybe one table and four chairs? We got in the hot tub and enjoyed ourselves while the jets were going. As soon as the jets stopped and the water was still we noticed a layer of bugs all over the hot tub. We immediately jumped out and left. Is the hot tub ever cleaned? As we would walk back to a room I would notice piles of garbage in random corners, and bags of garbage left outside of rooms and in the parking garage. Sometimes they would stay for days without being picked up. I must’ve missed the memo that rooms are not cleaned every day either? There is nothing posted anywhere in the room or in the hotel. Again something I was not expecting, maybe I missed the fine print. I wish this “hotel” would take care of the rooms and hallways and keep them maintained as well as they take care of the lobby and breakfast area. My family will not be returning.

I am typically hesitant to book a hotel not part of a familiar chain when traveling for work, but I'm so glad I tried this hotel. It exceeded expectations. I found it on a travel site while looking for a hotel near my work meeting. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. I needed to print something late, and they generously helped without question while calming my work stress with an intriguing conversation. The rooms are updated while keeping the charm of the building. I highly recommend it and will choose to stay here when visiting the area.

Clean and easy access, plenty of good parking. the only thing I would recommend is to have paper plates so we can take a muffin to the room and better creamer in rooms since we were staying in outer building. Beds were very comfy. Good breakfast options! Seemed to be safe area as well with many amenities accessible.

We didn’t get recognition as elite member. The wall was thin and unfortunately had a high-temper neighbor who had a GREAT night till 5 in the morning. (Called the front desk before sleep so it’s better but can still hear sounds from TV etc) The bill was wrongly charged. (Correct upon requests) COMPLIMENTARY breakfast was capped to $25 but the department can still wrongly charge. Forgot to mention, I was calling their billing office and no one answered ( 9am PST) so I called the elite member line to get through the accounting line.

Just back from a 2 week stay in this hotel. The room was quite well presented but the beds did not provide the most comfortable nights sleep. Staff were friendly and I appreciated there understanding when my son blocked the toilet. Room amenities include a coffee machine with pods, a microwave, and a fridge for storing food. Decent amount of plug sockets also provided. Biggest disappointment would have to be that there is an area downstairs for breakfast, but none provided and food is expensive at this time, so having to go out and find every meal is quite an additional consideration. Position of the hotel is good, with an in n out burger and jack in a box fast food restaurants, and a wall greens, Starbucks and knob hill food supermarkets all within walking distance. Downtown mountain view is walkable working 20 mins, and the transit centre for VTA and caltrain walkable in 35-40 mins.

Hotel Zico was located close to where we wanted to be. It is right next to the highway and they put us in the room nearest and facing that highway. Not much sleep. Cars all night. I asked to be moved. No more rooms that night. The next morning they moved us to another room. It was very quiet, away from the highway. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was clean, but basic. This is not a deluxe hotel, but it was very comfortable. We had time one morning and I noticed 2 bicycles outside. Free loaners. I had a great time riding on the paved trails that are right next to the hotel. We would stay there again, and that is probably the best recommendation.

We went to see the 49 ers preseason game and my husband booked this room. Although we checked in pretty late and when we got to our room there were two ants in the bathroom by the shower tub, I told my husband and he said babe let’s go get something to eat so we left and went to get pizza and wings, when we got back we were eating and went took a shower fell asleep. My husband woke up at 6 am a turn the light on and wakes me up to tell me that the table is covered in ants and our food and clothes omg I was so pist off and called down to the front desk the lady said her manager was not there and to call back Monday. My husband was taking a shower and I told hi. He went down stairs to the front desk and told the lady about our room being infested with ants , she basically told him manger was not there so he got pist and told the lady look your telling me i have to wait in the room that’s infested with ants until 12 noon I don’t think so, she gave him a different room and said we’ll you’ll have to talk to the manager on Monday he said she was rude . We were able to get a different room and went to eat breakfast which was excellent and after that we went swimming in the pool it was very nice .overall, the hotels is a very nice quiet place we will definitely stay there again , but we will talk to the manager about our situation

The hotel is a courtyard, quite quiet. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard, and I saw a boy swimming the next morning. I like the construction of a two-story house. The room is bright and I like it. The facilities and equipment are incomparable with the domestic ones, but it's okay. I can hear the guests walking in the room upstairs. I don't like it. Breakfast? American style, I don't like it, but there are boiled eggs and warm, the only food that I feel willing to eat more. The staff who checked in at the registration desk were not enthusiastic, but they were actually pretty good. On the first day, I saw that I was not familiar with the surrounding environment. They took the initiative to tell me that a nearby restaurant was not far away. On the second day, they gave me one on request. Toothpaste, I also waived my $1 in cash. Luggage bags can be left at the check-in counter, no deposit procedures are required. Generally speaking, yes, if you come back later, you will still live.

I have to say The Good Nite Inn-Redwood City was an unexpected pleasurable hotel. I had booked a room for 4 nights in Burlingame, with my debit card. After a long day, & long drive we arrive only to be told there having sum issues. And we cannot check in. Mind you, it's the day before fourth of July . So we spend next hour trying to find an available room . Call after call gets us nowhere, and I am starting to panic. Then I call the good nite inn , & speak with Renee. She says she thinks there may be a c9ôancellation. She returns to phone call and tells me yes, there , is. She hears the panic & desperation in my voice. So she asks me how fast I can get there. Telling me just to relax & just get there . Needless to say .....she turned my whole bad day around into a beautiful. Holiday. Thank you soo much
