Hakka Tulou Prince Hotel Longyan

The room is clean and tidy, the service attitude is good, the hotel environment is good, it is close to the mountains and the water, and there are two earth buildings next to it, which can be appreciated from the hotel observation deck. The hotel has free parking and is convenient. The downside is that the breakfast experience is not good. Group meal personnel and individual guests eat together, the order is very chaotic, as if they are fighting for food. There should be a difference between group meal and individual guest breakfast!

The hotel is old and the bedding is very old. The male manager at the front desk was very enthusiastic. When he saw the car arrive at the hotel, he immediately helped to find a parking space and assisted in the check-in. When checking out, he also gave an extra small earthen building with a hanging ornament. The male manager was very humble and friendly, and his service attitude was particularly good. I used points to exchange for a piece of fruit when booking on Ctrip, but the hotel did not give it. The free room upgrade on Ctrip was directly rejected by the female front desk. It was almost midnight when I checked in and there were basically no other guests. I could see other upgradeable room types on the remaining rooms online. The service attitude of the female front desk was not very good. The breakfast was very simple, there was no pastry or dessert, and the fruits were only cherry tomatoes and guava.

When I ordered on Ctrip, I was told that I could upgrade my room type, but it wasn't available when I arrived. Maybe it's because it's located in a remote area, the environment is average, and other hotels around are even more average, so this one is good. If you go to the Tulou at night, the street lights are not on, so it's only suitable for self-driving tours

The building is a bit old, but overall the room is big, the view is beautiful, and the service is great. Especially the lobby manager (forgot to ask his name) who personally sent us to Huanxing Building because we couldn't get a taxi in the countryside. Fortunately, Sister Tingting gave us a ride back to the hotel. It was an unforgettable and happy night in the Tulou. Thank you so much for your help. I am very grateful.

The room is cozy and comfortable. It is very quiet here. There is a small town around. You can go shopping at night. It takes 5 minutes to drive to the scenic spot. The route recommended by the staff is quite good. I took my children to have dinner in the hotel. The taro buns are delicious. Affordable and not expensive.
