酒店的設施看起來都比較舊，衞生還行。
早餐品種多，但多數不好吃，多數是預製品。
位置可以，去景點都很方便。

25年國慶中秋假期入住，房間寬敞，整體衞生整潔，床品舒適，床墊不軟不硬，睡起來很舒服，入住時工作人員已先行開啟空調，房間涼爽，有效緩解秋日天氣的炎熱，住的是7樓，窗外看山，停車免費，還贈送兩份早餐券和土樓之夜門票、一份主食3選1，選了酸菜魚，超大份，口感好，工作人員還幫忙送餐到房間，服務熱情，態度好，房價合適，感覺400多/晚，挺超值，值得推薦。

距離土樓王景區位置很近，餐廳性價比較高。但是整個賓館的衞生看來有點臟兮兮，配備的物資也感覺烏糟糟，服務也比較普通，酒店安排的東成之夜家人玩得還是很開心，不過友情提示遠處的土樓王子景區有更加精彩的表演。總結，衹能説性價比高，作為一箇中轉的居住地尚可。
