Traveling with kids, I'm always looking for plenty of activities, and this hotel delivered! Even with the rain, there was so much to do: a heated pool, a ball pit, and an anime cinema. We were never bored. The breakfast buffet was also great, with freshly made noodle soup and rice rolls.

Great hotel! We experienced wonderful service from both the team at the front desk and the restaurants. The room was beautiful with great views.

This time, my family and I went to the Longmen R&F Hilton Resort, and it was perfect for kids! The room was spacious and clean, and the balcony had a private hot spring tub. Soaking in the hot spring at night with the mountain view was incredibly relaxing. The kids loved the children's play area, the petting zoo, and the outdoor pool – they played all day without getting bored. A special thanks to Momo at the front desk, who was so enthusiastic in helping us arrange connecting rooms and thoughtfully recommending family-friendly activities. She even reminded us about the freshly made rice noodle rolls and the kids' zone at breakfast! 👍 We were very satisfied with the entire experience; the service was attentive and thoughtful. We'll definitely be back!

The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation. My child loved the tent inside the room. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of amenities downstairs suitable for both adults and children. A wonderful resort! The rooms have a lovely new Chinese-style decor. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the hot spring is also great – you can even soak in it right from your large balcony. Joan, knowing we hadn't booked breakfast, even generously offered us a complimentary double breakfast.

Better than expected, it was so much fun! The fact that I could swim in the large 37-degree pool on the 25th was a really thoughtful touch. The only downside is that the room facilities are a bit old.

This is a brand new and massive resort! I was pleasantly surprised to find that the main pool was actually a hot spring pool, and there were so many fun facilities in the cold water pool. The buffet dinner was delicious and the service was excellent. The rooms are spacious with a large balcony, making it fantastic value for money, especially if you're traveling with kids!

First of all, it's really spacious! The room could easily fit four adults, and the amenities are excellent. It was quiet at night, which made for a good sleep. They also offer afternoon tea, and the lady at the front desk even gave us a complimentary breakfast yesterday. Superb! 😊

The room is quite spacious, and Dora provided excellent service. The hotel's swimming pool downstairs is large, with both hot spring and cold water pools available. They also have various small animals like sika deer, peacocks, and rabbits. There are go-karts and a small train for entertainment. The breakfast selection is good and varied. The hotel's parking lot faces a boardwalk, and if you walk along it, you'll find an ancient village to explore. Both the facilities and the surrounding environment are quite impressive.
