The room is very good, very comfortable to live in, and the room service lady is also very enthusiastic. The front desk will take the initiative to inform you that there is an underground parking lot and a place for breakfast, and the tea break table in the lobby is a highlight. There are fruit snacks and juices, and there are free fruits in the room. Yogurt biscuits, everything in the minibar! The hotel has a certain history. Although the facilities are a little old, the price-performance ratio is good. The service attitude is very good. Whether it is the cleaning lady or the front desk staff, they are very polite in speaking and communication. Afternoon tea is provided in the package. We didn't know that we had to make a reservation. The manager on duty at the front desk enthusiastically helped to solve it. After ten minutes, he called and notified that it was available. The most favorable thing is to help find the lost items after check-out. The front desk answered the questions in a very detailed way, helped to contact the room cleaning lady for details, searched the room, and then agreed to go back to the hotel and enter the room to look for it after I couldn’t find it. I am very glad that I am still in the same place. Auntie Cleaning is happier than me after seeing that I found it, which is great.
