第一 房間照片和現實 嚴重不符 我跟朋友去打遊戲 連個凳子都沒有 户型也不一樣 後面給我們安排調整 還是沒有照片上的好 體驗很差
第二 衞生很差 衞生間有頭髮 客廳有垃圾 非常差勁的酒店
第三 設施 連個凳子都沒有 我就不多説了
第四 服務態度極其惡劣 房間不符給我們換房 要求不能動換完房間的物品 那我請問 我花了錢 不能動東西 你怎麼這麼厲害 要求不能大聲喧嘩 那沒問題 我們可以理解 拿警察壓我們算什麼事 怎麼 住個酒店還得被你嚇唬一頓？

第一次進的房間都沒打掃，給我換了一個，然後衞生間的杯子都泛白了，也沒有沐浴露和洗髮水，洗手枱下面還有雜物，櫃子裏面更有別人遺留的物品，那一團百色的東西都酸了，一打開櫃子那味太沖了，也不是第一次去住，每次都是問題，提了不改，我都懷疑到底打掃沒打掃，再也不去了，扎心了

從北京一路來到龍口，朋友在這附近，就找了這家民宿，和圖片一樣，二層分支兩邊，每邊有一個雙人床（一邊的雙人床很低適合我兩個孩子，避免掉下去摔到）非常驚艷的房間，大而乾淨，兩大兩小住的很舒適，還有個遊戲機🎮，loft 設計非常時尚高級，價格很合理
就是管家服務差一點點，畢竟民宿和酒店也是有區別的可以理解

一般很少寫評價
衞生：因為我們是12點過去的房間還沒有打掃，也很感謝房東讓我提前進入放了行李，一進去就聞到很大的味道，告知房東讓保潔好好打掃一下，2點後房東告訴我們可以入住，但是房間還是很大的味道，我們自己換了垃圾袋，發現垃圾桶有很多垃圾沒有倒掉，毛巾也衹有一條還很臟
服務：基本沒有服務全程自助，發消息基本不回覆續住都不回覆，第二天中午才告知我要漲價
設施：房間應該是開發商裝修好的，格局還是可以的，不需要服務，可以自行打掃一下再入住
