我看平台5星評價入住該酒店，而入住這家酒店卻遭受隱形收費，雖然不是他們收的，但其在預訂時並未提示到酒店需要渡到其他島嶼和需要額外收費，且當晚預訂房間後我上船時詢問過船家是否需要額外消費，他們説無需消費，但下船時確有人來收費，稱一人50算上5歲孩子共計150元，並聲稱這是包船費用，可是同時在船上的還有其他島上人員。若不是我有5歲的孩子在場，我定然不會輕易繳費，返程時還要額外單獨計算船費。 另酒店的“海景套房”無比差，不但熱水器存在問題，一打開嘎啦嘎啦亂響沒有熱水，水質更是極度糟糕，泛着一股子腥氣味道。跟老闆反應了問題，要求換一個熱水器好的房間，卻獲得的是等一個小時水就熱了，關於熱水器故障水流極小的問題衹字未提，洗手池處無熱水，且水流極小。 房間內配套設施極差，連洗髮水和沐浴露都沒有，比一般的連鎖酒店…不，是比一般的小賓館都差！空調打開站在底下都感覺不到暖風！就連給我們的衞生紙是打濕了風乾後的，存在明顯曾經黏連過的感覺。 最後，酒店沒有贈水，如要飲水需要以兩倍的市場價單獨購買。早上醒來時發現窗外已經晾滿了床單，根本看不到海，這個酒店應該改名叫“觀床單”酒店。以上情況請皆為真實，各位旅友慎選。
