連續住了5天，結果在睡覺打電話上來説房間被別人定了。前台説節日生意好的原因，這種服務第一次碰到。連房間都沒有退就叫走。沒有下次了

這是我住的第一個房間，當天下午6點來到，前台辦理完入住前台讓在大廳等會因為“這個房間漏掉打掃了，阿姨下班了，大爺在收拾”。進了房間發現開着窗户呢，還一股子腥臭味。當天特冷，空調開到了制熱最高温度，開了一會發現還是很冷，原來是窗户關不上！怎麼關都是有一道關不上的縫隙！風漏的呼呼的！
設施：這個房間住了兩天，第二天醒來馬桶堵住了，什麼也沒幹，小便都沖不下去的那種，洗澡時乾濕分離也堵了，跟河一樣。本來來沒想打電話來修，因為第二天想換房間了，房間缺點太多了男朋友晚上拉肚子沖不走才打電話。
衞生：睡了一夜我倆身上一直癢，現在想想不知道是不是沒換床單啊🤷♀️還有啊！噪音特別特別特別特別特別大，窗户靠着馬路，早晨被吵醒，晚上隔壁打呼嚕都能聽見。真受不了了，換了個房間，沒想到每個房間有不一樣的缺點！

必須給好評，常年在外面出差住酒店，很少評價，這家酒店是我來龍口必須要住的，前台服務特別貼心，幫忙打印資料，還提供一次性刮鬍刀和香皂，5樓有洗衣房，房間配套設施一應俱全，智能化服務，環境衞生都很好👍
