For the room booked on the website, what I didn't expect was that when I arrived at the hotel, I would forcibly charge another 500 deposit. I don't know what is so expensive, and the service attitude is extremely bad. The environment is very general, the room facilities are problematic, the cold air button of the hair dryer is broken, although the shower head is normally placed facing the wall, but when it is turned on, it comes out from the nozzle on the top of the head, so I have to wash my hair even if I don’t want to wash it taller. The laundry bag is not disposable and cannot be taken away. Except for toothbrush and toothpaste and bath products, there is no charge. Other disposable bath towels, face towels, drinks, etc. need to be charged. There are two small breads, a bottle of small drinks for children and two bottles of drinking water. The hotel breakfast is average.

The stay was not bad. Thanks to the lady at the front desk. Seeing that we have children with us, she helped us upgrade the room. The room can see the river. It’s very good. Breakfast is good. The room is very big and the bubbles in the bathtub are very comfortable.

The hygienic environment is in a mess. When I checked in, there was still urine around the toilet and I didn't clean it up. I bought some paper towels to prove that it wasn't water. Secondly, the walls of the bathroom were yellow, and the whole room smelled bad. I called the front desk and there was nothing. I’m sorry, I’ve already taken remedial measures. I only know that changing the room requires extra money. There is no room. Later, I asked the waiter to do it again. The waiter thought that I made it very clean. Good attitude, take a mop, mess with it for two minutes, leave directly, basically don't comment, unless it touches my temper, sleepless all night, and the smell is booming. I stayed once before, and nothing in the room was useful. I deducted 30 yuan, saying that I drank water, and I said that I was alone. It doesn't matter if you think about 30 yuan, this time I am really angry. Can the service be trained more, can the sanitation be cleaned?

酒店位於市中心，出行方便，酒店周邊娛樂設施齊全，房間環境不錯，空間大，衞生乾淨，服務態度好，下次還會再來

房間超級無敵大，還有巨大巨舒服的沙發，泡澡袋也備着，舒舒服服泡個澡。服務也非常好，開發票的事情來回兩三次都耐心的幫忙解決了，太感謝了～

龍港最好的酒店了！位於中心位置，進出方便。飯攤，宵夜一應俱全。後面的會議中心高檔奢華，還會繼續入住給酒店！

房間很乾凈，床睡着很舒服，房間裏禁煙，沒有什麼味道，比較好。房間裏有個躺椅，坐着看看電視很好

房間乾淨整潔，前台服務熱情，餐食也很好吃，身份證忘在酒店也幫忙寄出，是個值得信賴的放心酒店。

酒店非常好，前台美女給升級了房型，感謝美女，水果也非常好，非常愉快的入住體驗，以後過來這家是不二選擇
