I recently stayed at The Hatton Rooms. I was extremely unhappy about the quality of the accommodation. I attempted to contact the company afterwards but they did not respond. In the morning there was no hot water in the shower or taps. Therefore, myself and my partner were unable to shower. The boiler appeared not to be working, therefore the heating did not work either. The lock on door of downstairs toilet was broken. There were other guests in the house, and therefore it was uncomfortable to use a non-lockable bathroom. in addition, the listing indicates that there would be coffee/tea in common area, however, there was no milk to make coffee/tea. I was alsk anticipating that there would be a TV in the lobby (as advertised), however I did not find one.
