Property Description

The adorable home, with a very beach/coastal theme, is located with-in minutes to the sand and ocean (only1000 yards away), on a walking trail directly across the street. It's also conveniently located only a few blocks from the core of the cute town of Long Beach and only 5 miles from the beautiful Port of Ilwaco. This home is set up for your comfort, with four comfortable beds and two couches that pull out into a bed, full bathrooms for each room (2), a comfortable living room with a big screen TV (plus TVs in each room) and a fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking utensils and many cooking spices. A full-size BBQ is available as well. A full toy and beach activities assortment of fun is available for your use including bikes/helmets (adults and kids), horseshoes, croquet, GIANT Janga, corn hole, balls, clam guns (5), boogie boards, skim boards, life jackets and more! Enjoy a large backyard with wood firepit to warm your evenings with family and friends (chairs provided) with plenty of room for yard games. Backyard is available for RV or tents for an additional fee upon request/approval. An upper-level deck that looks toward the sunsets with a table and chairs for ourdoor dinning. Also, a fun classic collection of VHS & DVDs, games and puzzles for a night in. Note - no on site washer/dryer (2 local laundromats). We have tried to make your experience unique and a truly enjoyable one. Super cool house, very thoughtfully stocked, even the bike tires were all aired up and ready to go, kids loved the bunk bed room, sofa bed was even decently comfortable, owners were very kind and thoughtful, we will definitely seek out this property next time we're in town!

We have stayed at this property several times. It is one of our favorites!! Super clean. Has everything you might need in the kitchen. A ton of toys and clam guns for your use if you need them. We absolutely love this home and is at the top of our list when we go to the beach!! Great hosts who are extremely accommodating!! You simply cannot go wrong by selecting this home!!

Perfect location. Close to beach and downtown off the main road. Very quiet and peaceful. The home was perfect in every way. Very clean and comfortable. Owners very attentive and easy to work with. Looking forward to staying again next year. Definite 10!

This house was perfect for our annual family trip to Long Beach. What's better than a day exploring the beach and all that Long Beach has to offer. We had a great dinner at B & D Food Hut and topped it off with smores in the backyard. The house has everything you need for a day or a week and the hosts are wonderful in communications. Will definitely stay again!
