Stayed in this BnB for two nights in April. Would definitely recommend. I stayed in a family room with my friends on the top floor and our room had everything we needed. Bathroom a bit small but didn't bother us. They come in and clean your room and make beds everyday and leave new towels which is nice. Breakfast is great and is self service. Just be careful with the shower temperature as couldn't get it regulated, it would go really hot then cold or luke warm then back to normal , hot again etc . Would definitely recommend recommend and stay again.

Stayed in this B&B back in 2021 and by chance we got the same room again which was room 7. To my shock the sink in the bathroom hadn't been replaced which has a massive crack and a small hole in the basin, frayed carpets, and old wires hanging from the walls. The heat in the room was unmerciful we had to open all windows, one window didn't even open. No way to turn heat off in bathroom. What saved this place the previous time was the delecious breakfast we had in a house across the road. To our huge disappointment we came downstairs at 9.45am Sunday morning to be told breakfast is 8am-9.30am! The worst places about will serve breakfast to at least 10am. A Sunday morning after a night away I wasn't expecting no breakfast before 10am. The girl had asked were we not told this I told her we had not been told. I also told her I spoke with someone on the phone the previous day and they had not mentioned it. Not even to be offered a bowl of cereal was just disspointing.

Awake at 1am because my room is too hot to sleep. I asked the manager at 11:15 if they could do something, His response was that he was upset that I woke him up and if there was a problem I should have said something earlier ( I arrived back at the room at 10 pm) He said the heat would turn off automatically…It has not. The only alternative is to sleep with the door open to get ventilation. Imagine trying to sleep with your hotel room door open! Other issues worth mentioning; mold in the bathroom. Outlets that don’t work. Fan doesn’t work. Fixtures loose. I can overlook all those problems but the heat is unacceptable. This room is unsuitable for $50 a night much less $160. Don’t work in hospitality if you can’t provide a room that allows a basic safe nights sleep.

We booked Serendipity hotel several months in advance and the day of arrival we got an email with a check-in info to Angels B&B 3star hotel across the street without any explanation. In our room in Serendipity hotel, there were someone else' stuff (we had the code to the door from previous email). Only then they told us they moved us to another room, which was significantly worse, but we were charged for the original Deluxe Room (online the price difference was aroud 50£). We called the manager and he was rude and didnt do anything about the situation. There was also only cold water in the shower, which wasnt fixed for the whole stay. The breakfast was good and the staff on site was nice, only the manager was very unhelpful and unpleasant. Overall, not bad, just not what we were charged for.

The room and beds were nice and the location was interesting, but the room was extremely hot and there was no way for us to adjust. The electrical outlet for the kettle didn't work, and instructions in the room told us to go to another address for breakfast but we were told at that address to go back to Angel House. That said, the breakfast was very good.

Not for us. We were not welcomed because we didn’t respond to an email that we did not get till it was time to leave! His tone was annoyed and accusatory. Parking is a challenge and the stairs and size of both the bed and bathrooms are not for stout people. The bedroom closet was converted into a bathroom where you can literally wash your hands while sitting on the loo. The water pressure was poor. Room for only one small toiletry bag. We suggest you add some hooks to the doors and a shelf over the toilet. Our room had a full size bed which was pretty comfortable. Breakfast was continental style, but quite good and filling.

Located just north of Derry walls on uphill roads. Not ideal with big luggage as you have to climb steps to get up to house also. They will send door code for self check but I didnt have wifi yet. Room was nice and good base to go back downhill to explore Derry walls and the town. Room 8 did not have ensuite but has its own bathroom directly below. Water bottle provided and bathroom to goto bathroom. Room is very quiet. Breakfast is in B&B opposite and was many freshly baked items.

Good stay Clean room. Great breakfast. Good location within walking distance to town.
