Well what can we say! We have been following this new hotel on Instagram and loved the ethos they were promoting. We decided to book for the weekend as a last minute get away ahead of a big celebration after a very rough year. We stay regularly at 5* hotels across London and Europe and don't normally write reviews due to being so busy, however the boutique/intimate feel really caught our attention, we like to feel that as guests we matter, rather than feeling like just another number. We were lucky enough to be the first paying guests visiting the hotel and every single member of the team went out of their way to make us feel so welcome and looked after! (the personal touches did not go unnoticed) The food was lovely and would easily compete with some great London classic restaurants and the team in the restaurant were so hospitable and you could feel the passion they had for what they do. There was a few minor teething issues with the tech in the room, but other than that, we loved our stay so much and have another stay booked for next weekend and we are now also going to book for our Nov & Dec breaks - even though we live 20 mins down the road. One of those breaks where you feel so at home you don't want to leave. Huge shout out once again to the team, we are starting the week the most refreshed we have felt this year We look forward to visiting again next week for our special celebration. xx Mr & Mrs Da Costa

The hotel's prime location stood out as a significant factor influencing our decision to choose it for our stay. This marked our inaugural experience of a couple's retreat, and our anticipation was met with great satisfaction. The hotel's striking aesthetic and the staff's impeccable professionalism and courteous demeanor greatly contributed to our enjoyable stay. The check-in process was seamlessly executed. Our accommodations were thoughtfully designed, with an innovative layout featuring an unconventional bathroom entry leading to the bedroom, which surprisingly proved to be functional and comfortable. The room exuded a charming ambiance, and the lavish black marble-adorned shower was a particular highlight. The scenic vistas from our room left us awe-inspired, and the gym offered equally impressive views. Anticipation for our upcoming stay with you this November fills us with excitement, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude for the lasting impression left by our previous visit.

The hotel is in a nice and exquisite hotel. There are no twin beds, but there is a sofa bed. The transportation is very convenient. It is only 1 km from the London Eye. Nearby attractions can be completed without a taxi.

It was convenient because major tourist attractions such as Big Ben, London Eye, and Buckingham Palace were all within walking distance. I had a large room and the air conditioner worked well, and everything was good, but they provided shower products that could be used for both hair and body wash. This product doesn't bubble well and it was a bit disappointing, so if only this was improved, I think it would be a perfect accommodation!! I had a good rest👍👍

The front desk and staff of the hotel are very good. My parents don't understand English and communicate by mobile phone translation. They are very patient and help my parents a lot. The room is very spacious and clean! I will choose here next time I go to London.

Clean, tidy and air conditioned. There is a window but it cannot be opened. The area is a bit small, but it's OK for one person. The service staff are friendly. It is 20 meters away from the alley opposite the St. James subway station, and it is very convenient to travel. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Westminster Abbey and about 15 minutes to Big Ben.
