We booked 1 double room and 1 triple room. To our pleasure, the hotel upgraded our triple room to family room. Ms Sandra is so kind in welcoming us. The next day, Mr Quant kindly granted us late check to enable us to perform our prayer before heading to the airport. It was a lovely stay.

This is the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I usually don't bother writing reviews, but this place was so bad. It had everything wrong with it: the room was old and dilapidated, there was an ancient mirror directly facing the bed, a TV from the '90s, and a creepy bathroom. The blankets felt damp, and to get my luggage to the room, I had to navigate two sets of small stairs, up and down. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room. When I asked the front desk for water at night, they said I could buy some, but then immediately said they didn't have any and told me to go to the corner store down the street. The area felt unsafe at night with drunk people around.

Unpleasant stay. Would not recommend. Room small and outdated amenities. Uncomfortable bed. Carpet smells and makes my nose allergic during the night as the bed is low to the floor.

Exceptional location. I felt very safe and at home at all times. Good staff and I have to say the Lao at ion is perfect. Bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend it for families.

Front of house staff very pleasant and helpful dealing with first issue of door to allocated room being jammed by internal lock. Revised room adequate for one night stay, bathroom very small and staff failed to advise room was directly above laundry room where driers were operating from 1am onwards. Totally unacceptable sleep disturbing noise in otherwise quiet location. Did not sample food or other services Convenient location for access to Kensington Gardens and walking distance to Paddington station

Lancaster Gate Hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I have been there multiple times on my own , visiting from USA, and also with my husband last week. The hotel is lovely, very clean, very welcoming, very helpful staff , lovely rooms and a great English breakfast buffet every morning. It is a pleasure to be in this hotel, I love it. It is also in a safe area with easy access to 2 tube stops and an easy walk to Hyde Park for an early morning stroll. They will also take your luggage in and store it if you get in early in the morning, and even look after it for a couple of days if you are going up north to visit relatives for a few days. This is by far the best hotel I have found and highly recommend it , it's perfect !! Thank you for making our London trip so pleasant. Looking forward to my next trip.

Great experience, this guy is very nice.

The hotel is next to Kensington Park, which is convenient for my morning run. There are many restaurants of various cuisines nearby, and public transportation is very convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly. The rooms are a bit small, and there is some noise from upstairs to downstairs.

Located in a wealthy area of ​​London, in a quiet and safe environment. It takes less than ten minutes to walk to Hyde Park every day.

It's a bit of a walk from the station, but the exterior is very beautiful. Unfortunately, there was a strand of hair stuck in the bath towel I used, which was disappointing. Rather than apologizing, the staff ended up exchanging the information. The room was clean and the high ceiling made it feel spacious.
