Mean, miserable, inconsiderate price gouging place. In the middle of a heatwave they only supply guests with 660 ml of water and charge guests £5 for a bottle of 500ml of water. No shops in area so what are you going to do. I have a medical situation so had to spend £15 on bottled water so I didn't get ill. --- Absurd breakfast set up no one has thought much about. For some reason a host has to spend time escorting adults to their table leading to big queues. The sauce situation made me laugh 😂. Having to crouch in a half squat while balancing a plate to do some silly maneuver with splashing little bits of ketchup from a spoon. It is consistent with the lack of thought and care for guests elsewhere. I just gave a few good examples. The rooms are alright. Shame about everything else

Staying at this hotel for 3 days for my conference in the Intercontinential O2. It was easy to get there. Room is comfortable, quite big and I guess I got a pretty decent prize compared to other hotels around that time. Most likely will stay there again if I have another business trip near the area.

Lovely stay with clean room and well sized TV. Great if you’re heading to and from a concert. Would definitely stay again. Also able to check in early as room was ready.
