Nothing was too much trouble for the staff,the place was extremely clean and the bathroom fixtures were of very high quality also the beds were comfortable,the sash windows were doubleglazed and provided nice warm and draft free installation. The breakfast was nice and simple,they provided a sit down and be served service. This place deserves a higher rating than two stars,it totally surpassed my expectations. We will be returning.

It was all pretty good. The room was small but had everything I needed. The only problem was that the bed was a bit uncomfortable, seems like the mattress was a bit old and had a shape.

Great location, 3 minutes walk to the Victoria station for tube, bus, train and coach. Easy access to restaurants nearby. Better book for ground floor rooms if mobility is limited since no lifts to upper floors.

Very friendly receptionist and helpful. Easy walking from the station and a lot of restaurants around the corner. I recommend the place as it’s very friendly receptionist.

The hotel is small and quite exquisite, with a small lobby and public areas that are quite good. The room rate includes breakfast, and the breakfast is okay. The only drawback was that the next day I wanted to extend my stay at the original price, but the boss kept saying that he could help you, but the next day he gave me a very high price without any discount. Everything else is fine.

Very close to Victoria Station, the carpet was very dirty, food and transportation were very convenient, breakfast was very difficult, toast + jam and drinks. But because of the good location, forget it and give us a room on the 3rd floor. It is a European-standard building. We have to carry our luggage and climb to the 4th floor. We have breakfast in the basement. It is very hard to get up and down. When we chick-in, we asked the service staff to help us change rooms. , the store disagreed. I wonder if it was because we ordered online that they gave us the highest floor? . Basically, if I go to London again, I will not consider booking this hotel again.

Very central hotel, 10 minutes walk from Buckingham Palace and the Victoria metro station, very clean, towels changed every day, very comfortable beds, basic breakfast (toast with jams, yogurt, cereals, juices and coffees), friendly staff, but They don't know Spanish.
