Park Avenue Baker Street Reviews

Great location, polite staff, value for money. Very clean and bathroom with amenities.  Appreciated that is had a European plug on the wall.  Ok for one night but they need to change the mattress as I had a very bad nights sleep due to the mattress being very old, sinking and having metal coils sticking out on the edge of the bed.  Aside from that it’s fine, nothing luxurious but has what you need for a short stay.

The hotel's location is great, but the downside is that the walls are not very soundproof, so you can easily hear footsteps.

Great location just 5-10 mins walk from underground station. Staff are friendly and helpful, but the room is quite small.

The hotel is very nicely situated, close to 3 stations. The room was spacious and comfy. The only minus was that i found a curly hair in the kettle, but we don’t use hotel kettles so it’s fine.

It just that rooms are really small other than that everything is perfect

Overall good quality hotel. I had the basement room which was a bit disappointing, and you can hear all of the sewage and water pipes of the rooms above. Overall clean and good service.

It was great and fun, with an excellent location.

The area is quite strange and the rooms are super small (I guess the length of the bed is only 190 cm!), but it's okay if you're traveling to Luton. We were placed in a room on the ground floor that was really close to the ventilation system. As I am a light sleeper, the noise was quite disturbing. I indicated my preference for an upper-floor room and quit room when booking, but they probably didn't care much about that. The hotel wasn't too crowded, though.

The location is fantastic but the cleanliness of the hotel could have been improved. I found a hair in my bed and it just felt very outdated. I went to reception and they changed my room immediately, however to a bed that was smaller so was a downgrade which was disappointing If you’re just wanting somewhere to sleep in a central location, this place is good. I’m sure my experience was just unlucky, and I must say the staff were lovely

The place was in a great location and clean. The only problem was the room next door. They were loud until 2-3 am every day they were there (3 out of my 5 nights there), and there wasn’t much the staff could do about it. Apparently they were partying in there and even though staff asked to keep it down, they didn’t comply.
