For this price in the UK, the size of the room is really good. There are Chinese restaurants nearby, so it's very convenient for dining.

The location is fantastic and incredibly convenient. It's close to London's city center, shopping, and three major National Rail stations, making it easy to get to tourist attractions even for early mornings or late-night returns. The staff were also very kind and helpful in arranging an early morning taxi for me.

Terrible experience! In 2026, the room card still doesn't work, and you have to use a key! The facilities are old and outdated! A male Indian front desk staff member was aggressive and pushy. I admit I paid for a late check-out, but even after I paid, he was still confrontational, as if he wanted to devour me.

Staying in the basement was quite an experience! 😂 The walls offer absolutely no soundproofing whatsoever. All night long, I could hear people walking and climbing stairs right above my head. It was impossible to get any sleep, and for 1,800 a night, that's just not acceptable.
