⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the most wonderful stay at Middle Eight Hotel and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. The suite was absolutely stunning and worth every penny. If you’re considering upgrading, I would highly recommend booking a suite – the extra space, luxurious finishes and thoughtful touches made it feel incredibly special. Every detail had clearly been carefully considered, from the beautiful décor to the little finishing touches that made the stay feel so indulgent. One of my favourite features was the gorgeous garden area. It creates such a peaceful, elegant atmosphere and is the perfect place to relax away from the bustle of Covent Garden. The staff were fantastic throughout my stay – friendly, welcoming and genuinely accommodating. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and they really helped make the experience memorable. A beautiful boutique hotel in an excellent location, with exceptional attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would absolutely recommend treating yourself to one of the suites if you get the chance.

Everything was as expected. Location good, 2 mins from Holburn and 10 from TCR. Room contained all the usual stuff expected, excluding an exfoliator which wouldve been nice. Tea was good, nice selection and excellent taste (though one of the days they did forget to provide additional tea bags). Fresh (semi skimmed) milk also in the fridge was appreciated. Only 1 annoying issue - room light control is done via the TV. The last thing you want to have to do before sleep is configure something on a bright white screen. Changing the display to dark mode or automatically reducing darkness when its late or when most of the room lights are dim would fix this issue. Other than that service was all good, staff very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, courteous, and genuinely couldn’t do enough to make our stay special. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, which made the experience even more enjoyable. As a lovely birthday touch, we were also treated to a glass of Prosecco and delicious macaroons — such a thoughtful gesture that really made the occasion feel extra special. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Chic design, friendly staff who will follow up on previous enquiry/small talk. Overall a pleasant experience. Would have been better with a tub, but didn’t really change the experience in my view

Location is great. Very close to Convent gardan. Coffee shop and supermarket just nearby. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion are good quality.

I specifically sent xhs a recommendation. As long as the price is right, it is the first choice for every business trip to London. Holborn is in a great location. There is a Chinese front desk. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable.

The hotel is in a good location, close to Covent Garden and the British Museum, and close to the subway station. Transportation is convenient. The room is relatively large in London, and slippers are provided. The only problem is that the water pressure of the shower head is a little low.

The service is particularly poor. The attitude is very bad. There is no room when I arrive. The service staff has no expression and does not greet me.

The front desk service was average. One woman had a particularly sour face. The room was incredibly small, especially the bathroom. There was no toothbrush.
