Initially, after reading some reviews, I was a bit apprehensive about the reservation I had made; however, I found absolutely no issues with cleanliness, and there were no bedbugs. The sink drained a little slowly, but the shower unit in the bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated. Although the room itself was quite small, the presence of a balcony prevented it from feeling claustrophobic. The front desk staff were friendly and provided precise, helpful answers to all our inquiries. The location is within walking distance of Victoria Station, the bus terminal, and Buckingham Palace; provided you don't mind the small room size, I believe this offers excellent value for money. However, as the staircases are narrow, it may not be the most suitable accommodation for guests with mobility issues or the elderly. Since we spent our entire days out sightseeing and essentially only returned to the hotel to sleep, we were very satisfied with our stay here.

The hotel was dirty and the room was tiny, really tiny, for 4 people. There's nowhere to put your belongings. The bathroom was small and the toilet seat was broken. The location is good though, it's a quiet area with plenty of bars nearby.

We had a great experience- only thing was it was advertised as an ensuite bathroom but it was actually outside the room. Great otherwise! Thank you for all your help

Location is ideal if you’re to walk to Victoria coach station for your next destination. It’s also very convenient to walk to the nearby interesting spots like the Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park etc. Overall it’s a small space for a budget traveller.

Very clean , spacious room and bed , very convenient location.

It was easy to find and suitably located near Victoria underground to get to places you needed to go in London, we had a twin room wasn't a big room but cosy enough. The beds were comfortable and there was a coffee or tea station in the room to have a drink in the morning. The bathroom was situated in across from our room which was solely ours and not shared with anyone else. Overall I would stay there again, it's a cosy hotel and does the trick if you're staying in London for one night. There isn't any facilities for example a Bar, vending machine etc or somewhere to chill before checking out or waiting around but overall an okay hotel 🏨

Flies came out of the shower trap, the push button on toilet was broken, supposed to have balcony and didn’t, mold, unsafe staircase, broken usb charger ports.

Location was great, near the victoria coach station which was we were aiming for. The room was spacious for our group of 4 and room was quiet enough, occassional door slams from the room beside us and footsteps from the floor above. You can leave the luggages before and after your stay. Staff were helpful always smiling. Will still stay here if we need somewhere near victoria

We were so disappointed from the very first day we went in this hotel. First, the ceiling fan is not working, they change it with a fan that doesn’t have a cover in the front. When I complained for our safety regarding the fan they gave me a smaller fan but it doesn’t give any air to cool our room. The front desk lady was so rude, she said that if you are looking for a cheap hotel that’s what you will have! That is not right! We didn’t get the room for 2 days for free, we paid for it! We asked to change our room but she said no available and she needs to talk to the manager. What kind of service is this! On our second day, we ask to clean our room, but never cleaned it! They said 2days they will not clean the room, this is ridiculous! Our bed is old and the spring of the bed hurt our back. The shower room the water draining very slow!. We are so stressed with this place. Our stay is this hotel was terrible and I will never recommend this to anyone! Yes, we are looking for a cheaper price for accommodation but not discomfort.

A great location and value for money / not the Ritz but nice stay and welcome  by staff

Mold in the room, super hot and cramped so many beds put together, dust all over the room and broken fan. When speaking to reception they said there is nothing they could do.

Nice convenient location! Close to Victoria. I was with my mum and we liked it! Staff is very nice
