Terrible service went for afternoon tea didn't even get the tea until we had finished our food! Asked 5 times for more champagne ! Big chip on my cup ! The food was actually lovely beautiful sandwiches (although only 4 finger ones) and lovely miniatures scones but even when we did get the tea the waiter just put the whole hot teapot right in front of me !!

This hotel was in a perfect location for exploring London. We were able to walk almost everywhere with excellent directions being provided by the Concierge. Our room was very comfortable and spacious and we enjoyed our breakfasts at La Maison Ani, special thanks to Luis for the excellent service. There were a lot of roadworks going on while we were there – but hopefully these will be finished by now. We were disappointed that the tennis court was being resurfaced and we were unable to enjoy this facility but the Peak Fitness Club facilities were fantastic and never felt crowded. We were disappointed in the food at the Chinoiserie but there are plenty of good options close to the hotel.

Exceptional! If you are looking for pleasant stay, friendly and welcoming staff, and a feeling of home, come here! The service was top-notch. Great location. The room was immaculate and very comfortable with a beautiful view. Amazing gym facilities.

I recently had dinner on my birthday at The Chinoiserie, and it was an unforgettable experience! The atmosphere was perfect—elegant yet inviting, setting the tone for a wonderful evening. Ayoub, our waiter, was fantastic. He looked after us all night, making sure everything was perfect. He was super attentive, friendly, and even helped capture some great moments as a talented photographer! The food was outstanding from start to finish. Every dish, from the appetizers to the main course, was full of flavor and beautifully presented. As a special surprise, I was treated to a delicious birthday cake, which made the evening even more memorable. I’m already looking forward to my next birthday dinner here—I will definitely be back! Highly recommended for any special occasion.

Just wanted to share our recent amazing dinning experience at the Chinoiserie restaurant. The atmosphere was great, everyone was friendly, polite and welcoming. Ayoub and Anwar really made our experience very special. The food was delicious and perfectly presented. I will definitely come back to this restaurant and Hotel. Thsnk you!

This hotel was amazing , from greetings to the level of service . Great details and attention to everything . Lots of staff that are on top of it and constantly making sure everything is going well . Overall a great experience and will be back again in the future.
