Very convenient, close to the Elizabeth line station. It takes about 30 minutes to get to central London. This trip required traveling to Manchester, and it was also easy to reach all major train stations. The room was clean and offered good value for money.

I arrived around 9 AM and was able to check in early to an upgraded room, which was a nice surprise. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 3-4 minute walk from Ilford station, so it's convenient even with luggage. You can easily access Heathrow, Paddington, and Liverpool Street via the direct Elizabeth Line (which has air conditioning), and King's Cross & St Pancras is also easily reachable. I think this is an especially great choice if you're mainly exploring East London. As it's a budget hotel, the room was a bit small, which is to be expected, but it had all the essential amenities.

Thank you so much for the wonderful service. We really appreciated the room upgrade, especially as we arrived late at night tired with the kids. Your help with parking made things much easier, and every member of staff we met was genuinely kind and approachable.

The service was great, the Ukrainian receptionist was very warm and nice. The biggest advantage is its proximity to Ilford tube station, which makes getting to Heathrow Airport very convenient as it's a direct line. It's a bit far from the city center, but for this price, it's definitely a steal, especially with the tube station so close. Can't complain about that.

I stayed in room 302 in March 2026 for 1 night. I chose this hotel because I stayed there before and I was very impressed. This time I was given the same room again, I liked the room. It has a large comfy bed and a nice clean bathroom. The breakfast was really good as I like vegetables and they do great omelettes and fresh vegetables. The reception staff are very kind and helpful during my visit and remembered me from the last time I stayed. The hotel is in very easy access to the underground. On this visit the Elizabeth line was closed and I had to get a bus to agents Hill. This was very easy. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel including an all you can eat from £11.99. I always have a good Stay at this hotel. There is a kettle with plenty of T and coffee. Some people staying on my floor were very noisy but that was all I can criticise really as it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very kind staff. There is a decent TV in the room and plenty of towels. During this trip and overnight stay I visited the Ramses exhibition at Battersea and images are included in this feedback. A good hotel to stay in that’s great value just outside central London about 20 mins on train.

Receptionist was excellent at checking in Extra special service took me to my room All through my stay staff were friendly and attentive Location is good with plenty of dining options Room and bed a little small but adequate Fan as no a/c in the room Made it ok although one fan was so noisy it was not wise to use Overall very happy
