The worst time was in room 128. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all. The service attitude was poor. I asked for a room transfer and was told that it was fully occupied. Just one sentence: I can’t do anything for you now.

Booked a 1.5 twin room, 3 people live with the child, the room is clean and tidy, and it is considered spacious. The hotel is a little far from the subway, 8 minutes walk, the neighborhood of the hotel feels like a wealthy Turk area, the law and order is very good, in the city center, 8 minutes away from Hyde Park, it is also very convenient to go to the scenic spots by subway. I paid for a King bed and did not get a king bed. The hotel phone in the room did not work so anytime I needed something, I had to go downstairs to the front desk. Very inconvenient and unacceptable.
