Same I didnt know about this one before. Staff, cleannesses and location are top! 10/10. Good night sleep. Fully recommended.

Absolutely terrible. Safety: No issues there. Facilities: Old, run-down, and poor. Cleanliness: Dreadful. The sheets and duvet covers were dirty, so I slept in my clothes. There were even footprints on the pillowcase??? Environment: The location is indeed excellent. However, the room I booked through Trip.com was in the basement. It was an absolutely horrendous experience. Do NOT book this place.

The check in triublesome. In trip,com there is mention about front desk reservation but there wasn’t, also the address given is not correct though later I get the check in sorted but it is troublesome as I did not receive the information about the self check in until I had to call and found out that this is Airbnb service and the unit apartment is at the basement floor which it also troublesome for us as we have big luggage. Given the price of the stay I can opt for much better accommodation

The bathroom and bedroom are on two floors. Having to go to the bathroom every time was a bit weird, haha. Overall, it was fine. There was a glitch with the hotel's location system, but after the staff sent the location via WhatsApp, I found it quickly.
