Absolutely the best rooms in London you will find at the price very clean and everything you need certainty better then most hotels around very friendly staff nothing to much trouble couldn't thankyou enough definitely saved our trip to London after a bumpy start thumps up all round great little garden to relax in of an evening too.

We visited London for the weekend to go and see a show and wanted something cheap and cheerful. Cheap it definitely was, but cheerful; far from! We had some train cancellations and therefore arrived later than scheduled. After walking through dog mess on the front step,we called the number shown on the door, as it was apparently unmanned after a certain time. The attitude we received on the phone was absolutely abysmal, it quickly turned nasty with the manager stating that we're not able to stay at the property. Shortly after this conversation, we were approached by a young man from inside the building (so it was clearly staffed), who shouted at us saying "don't speak to my f***ing mum like that". This left us in an awkward position as most hotels were already fully booked and it was very late in the evening. It was an incredibly stressful situation and we wouldn't want anyone to experience what we did. I wouldn't stay at this place again if someone paid me and I suggest that you don't either.
