I chose this hotel for my family vacation based on the Comfort Inn name. We have always enjoyed the quality of Comfort Inn hotels in our previous travels. This particular hotel does NOT live up to the Comfort Inn name. It didn't feel structurally sound nor safe. The floor felt like it was crumbling under our feet in certain areas of the room. It sounded like people walking above us were going to come through the ceiling. The carpet was filthy. We could not see out or open the window -- it appeared to be nailed shut and there was something hanging over it on the outside. Breakfast options were extremely limited. So disappointed! BTW, we stayed in room 101.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and our experience is not positive. The most positive was the location. The hotel is close to a metro station. The hotel room was very small, a single bed was tilted because of the floor and the breakfast was mediocre. Most serious was their customer friendliness. This was really substandard. We had filed a complaint about a leak and had to constantly ask for information ourselves. We understand that there are no plumbers on weekends but please keep us posted. Now we had to ask ourselves what the status was. Finally the problem was solved but no updates were given from the hotel and no compensation for the inconvenience. We also forgot our son's toy. Explained is has a huge sentimental value. We understand that it is not a hotel policy to send items abroad but in no way did they think of a solution except that we had to look for a courier ourselves. It would be a nice gesture it they were more helpful. It would be to the hotel's credit if they wanted to think along in solutions, but this is not their policy. The only policy they know is customer unfriendliness. We will definitely never come back here.
