Good location and good value of money. The room was clean, spacious with fridge and microwave and comfortable bed. The bathroom was great with powerful hot shower. The area was safe with a lot of restaurants and good connection to central London by public transport e.g., tubes and buses. I was hesitating to book the room due to low customer reviews score but after my stay, I will definitely book it again.

I had purchased my friend a buy a gift voucher for her 30th and decided on a weekend in London. It states that 72 hrs before hand you’ll be contacted regarding checkin-didn’t happen! Dirty, mouldy, used sanitary products under sink. Basically a HMO. After reading other reviews that said people try and get into your room in the middle of the night we decided it wasn’t safe to stay at this property so quickly left. Cobwebs that have clearly been there for a long time, generally don’t think the place has ever been cleaned! The lock on the door looks like it has been adjusted How this has met any hospitality standards is beyond me. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

This property I only booked as it was cost friendly in my budget. I did not paid much attention to reviews but when I visited this property I didn't even stayed, I looked for an another option. Main entrance Door seems for anyone to just kick in and come and then same for room entrance. Property is so old that I don't think anyone will stay. Altogether I feel that's why this is a non refundable property. I lost my entire money on it but I think I am happy with the loss after really looking at the property. Don't book.

Disgusting Unsafe place. We booked this place for 1 night. Where do I start. Filthy Disgusting room. Smelt of mould. Shower full of mould. Refused to use it. Crockery broken couldn't use not that I wanted to it was rank. Door didn't lock well at all. Was worried all night that someone would break in so hardly any sleep. To sum it up dirty unsafe Disgusting place. Avoid like the plague!!!

The flat is very basic. Nice part of town with lots of eateries nearby. Bed was comfy and clean. Had a good nights sleep. Room needs dusting under the bed and fridge needs cleaning. Bathroom was surface clean with toiletries however full of black mould. I was contacted from three different numbers before I arrived, asking when I was arriving despite the fact I phoned 3 days before announcing when I would be arriving as requested. I was left waiting 20 minutes outside regardless which was a little stressful. If you are looking for somewhere cheap to lay your head then this place works.

The hotel was in a nice neighborhood and the tube station was near enough as well as bus stops. The flat was quite dirty when we arrived and some of the electronics provided didn't quite work either. The room was also quite small and the walls were thin as paper. Really enjoyed our stay though, the price was affordable and there were great restaurants nearby. The policy for getting our keys was quite confusing as well, and we never saw a single member of staff.

So bad, we couldn’t even stay at the property and had to find alternative accommodation. The front door had seemed to be kicked in, it stank of sewage and the manager has been nothing but an issue. Do not stay here!

Horrible, the worst accommodation I have ever been to.
