The hotel's service is good, the overall facilities are relatively new, and you can keep your luggage for free before check-in time and after check-out. However, the shower room has fewer water outlets and the water drains slowly and needs to be improved.

Transportation was good, but the space was too small, and there was hair stuck to the new bedding, which bothered me a bit.

The hotel is located near King's Cross Station, with convenient transportation, but relatively poor security. When we were about to check in at around 6:00 in the evening, we met Xiaoxiao blatantly snatching the backpack at the entrance of the hotel! Although the boss assisted in checking the monitor afterwards, it still couldn't calm the panic in our hearts! After entering the room, we booked a family quadruple room. The room was very small. What's worse: the door lock was broken and couldn't be locked. Although there was an electronic lock on the door, it still made people feel very unsafe! Even if we are willing to increase the fee to change the room, they do not agree, the reason is that we have already entered, and his room can no longer be sold to others! Although the boss showed his sincerity to help explain the various possibilities and tried to convince us that everything was okay from his point of view, we could barely cooperate and endure for one night! It was a very unpleasant experience and we would not recommend anyone to choose this hotel

The hotel is next to the train station, it is very convenient to take eurostar and other tubes. The interior of the hotel is very general, don't have any expectations.
